easy fit, biggest thing is that the 5 speed (up to 1992) is cocked a bit twards the driver (15 degrees I belive) to get the shifter to line up. As for the new body, all you need is to modify the crossmember to get the 6speed in Im not 100%, but im pretty sure the turbo400 crossmember will let the 6speed fit or thier maybe holes allready to move the crossmember rearward. the motor mounts you have will directlly bolt up as the casting for the LT1 is the same in that area. Biggest problem that I can recall is the accesories hang low and you have to "C" notch the frame to get them to fit on the pass side of the car. that holds true for 1st gen cars also. One other thing you have to do is convert it over to a hydrolic type clutch. They make slave cylinders that damn near bolt up. if you need more info, lemme know, I can tell U exactly what model years will work and what you need

Looks like a neumatic (air) pressure regulator...could be for tons of stuff...airbag suspension preload, airshifted tranny, airlockable brakes, neumatic operated clutch...could also be a boost control for a turbo/supercharger...most likely though its for the suspension allowing to set different preload conditions for different tracks and such what he said, looks like an adjustable waste gate for the turbo, thier nice, buddie of mine had one on his Esprit, you can turn it on for more boost at higher RPM's, goes good with a knock sensor light

plastics are generally UV unstable, so anything giving off UV rays is bad. Some forms of ABS and Polypro have adatives that help keep it longer, but UV is still bad

Congratulations, a little belated

I maybe 20 lbs too light for the role, but I AM stronger than Arnold ever was. I am currently 202 with 11% bodyfat. Just an estimate, Arnold was maybe 220 with 10% for the first Conan, and 225 with 8% in the second. Just for reference he was in his best movie shape for Predator... I am guessing 210 with maybe 5% Just to update, incase I can get the role... This morning I was 222 at 10%. I COULD pull off Conan now. congrats on the 10%, hard target to get unless you weigh as much as a girl, just to add to the photoshoped pic, when youve worked your whole life to stay in shape and be a cut above the rest your not going to let yourself get to that point Yeah no kidding. I'd like to get an accurate starting point Most accurate is tank emersion/water displacement. This is expensive to do. Next best way is multiple caliper pinch tests. The least accurate is the electronic scale method. I thought that about the elecronic, i guess it measures resistance, but is inaccurate. Some of the guys I know swear by it. We did the pinch method in high school
