Usually for kits coming in from outside the EU I get charged 18% VAT only and no duty. 40% charge seems a bit oo much.

Thanks for the info! i've only got 1/60 so I guess they'll be ok. What's the best size combination to get? I was thinking mainly 4' & 6"

I'm also new to these stands. So let me see if I got the facts right....The base will esentially be the same and the difference is only in the length of the rods which will be eighter 4" or 6" long. So they are able to sustain the same weight regardless of the size?
