Pardon my ignorance, what do you mean by the Orguss came from Bandai too? I have the Orguss and the Olson versions and like them a lot!

I haven't touched mine in years......and Rey is still in the box. Hopefully mine hasn't deteriorated that bad! Is it from handling? Sunlight? Or just natural degradation due to the tension of the seams?

Sometimes, happy endings do happen, and the third time is the charm! I called the post office for the third time, and the lady there informed me that found my parcel! So I went to the post office for the third time and was finally able to pick it up! It turns out NY did a poor job writing down my address, even though the post woman was able to deliver the notice to the right address, once it got to the post office it became a big enough obstacle to find. Thank God I had not ordered another one already! Actually I did make an order this morning from hobby search (haven't paid yet) before calling the post office, but canceled it right as I was lining up at the post office to pick up my parcel. Welcome home, Max. It's been a long journey!

Thanks for the the replies folks! Sounds like my initial fear is correct and I just need to suck it up and order another Max. I have no confidence NY will fix this and it sounds like the most they would do under best case scenario is isssue a refund. Ive been collecting for 10 years and never had a lost package before. I guess it's finally time I pay my due, unfortunately. The question is whether a PayPal dispute is in order. Like many of you I use NY for exclusive stuff and so am inclined not to sever the relationship with them by filing a claim. Sigh. If anyone has an extra Max for sale please PM me.

My max is still missing (USPS lost it).The package came all the way to my house except no one was home and a notice was left. When I went to post office they couldn't find my package. This was three weeks ago. I have been in contact with post office and they've been looking but no luck so far. any advice on what to do? I already contacted NY who is supposed to be in contact with Japan Post to see what happened. I'm not positive on what NY can do for me if the package is indeed lost. If it's USPS fault would they refund me or send another one? I'm not optimistic on either. Should I buy another copy just in case? I see amiami still has some for sale, though higher than what I paid at NY.

I think my post office might have lost my Max. Went to pick up and they couldn't find it. Put down my phone number so that they can ask the carrier who is on vacation.

OMG just put mine together his thing is simply glorious and huge! Everything screams quality and the experience from unpacking to the final combination sequence is unequalled. Opening it was like opening five awesome toys plus accessories, after which follows the even better experience of combining the whole thing. It's like bang bang bang bang bang followed by a big bada booooom! Here he is with the other two DX SOCs.

OMG just put mine together the DX Combattler is simply glorious and huge! Everything screams quality and the experience from unpacking to the final combination sequence is unequalled. Opening it was like opening five awesome toys plus accessories, after which follows the even better experience of combining the whole thing. It's like bang bang bang bang bang followed by a big bada booooom! -

Finally had time to mess with 2SS. Made the mistake of also taking out the ET one for a comparison shot. It reminded me just how bad the ET one is. Granted, the amount of small parts needed to be taken out of the HMR for SAP attachment was very surprising: four Tony bits for arms and legs armors and one long narrow bit for attachment of display stand adaptor plus better stability. Once I get pass that and the showing of the skeleton, I like it enough for what it is.

I just got VF-2SS earlier this week. Didn't have time to mess with it but my initial impression on the battroid mode alone is that its guts (metal frame) is showing and not in a subtle way. There's a lot of hate for the ET version, but the battroid mode of the ET one looks a lot cleaner than the HMR battroid, and holds together better than the HMR battroid. Haven't transformed the HMR VF-2SS yet, but am hoping that the fighter mode looks good and hold together (ET fails majorly in fighter mode).

LOL. I did it late last night past my bed time and it shows. Well you have free reign over where you can and can't put your Macross collectibles then! Not to mention total financial control. At the end of the day, make-up is to make girls (and some guys) look pretty. Modeling tool is to make toys look pretty. I guess this shouldn't be too surprising. LOL

Thanks guys for the input. It sounds like small and sharp scissors are the way to go. I'll try it out. Thanks! BTW, the wives of MW members are now not only without their nail polish, also gone are the eyelash scissors. LOL.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but looking at the available stickers that came with Milia, it does appear that there is a clear border around the kite symbols. The skull symbols, on the other hand, have no clear border. So back to my original question, any tips on how to trim circular stickers? I can do straight edges fine but am never able to do circle ones well. Pic below on my sticker set for Milia does show he clear border around the kite symbol:
