Wow! At this point it almost seems like you're actually more likely to get a bent laser than an unbent one. One of the biggest QA snafus I have seen from Bandai in a while

These reports of broken tail fins scared me enough to go ahead and break the seal on mine and check it out. These pics were taken just as I opened it up, before I had touched it even once. Neither of the fins are broken, but you can see that the left fin is tilted inwards. I imagine if whatever tilted it inward had put just a little more pressure it might have easily broken.

Thanks for the update. If they really did take too many orders I wish they would be a little quicker about canceling the extras so we're not left wondering.

For those that have had HLJ cancel an order before how long did it take for them to cancel it? I'm just wondering how long I have to wait before I can feel confident that my order will be fulfilled.

This was crazy. I went to bed just minutes before it went up on Amazon JP. Still kicking myself about that. I was able to secure an order at HLJ, but I am worried I may get the dreaded "Server Error" email and the order canceled. I was hoping to get an order in with Amazon just to be sure.

I'm surprised this has still not gone up on Amazon yet. All the listings on there now are from third party sellers and they are all 34K or higher

Double check the confirmation email, one of those numbers may be your customer ID and the other is probably the order ID.

I did too, but I am not letting myself get too happy about it. Apparently, HLJ's new ordering system allows orders to go through that shouldn't and they have been cancelling orders recently. It hasn't happened to me yet personally, but given how tonight went I am hoping for the best but expecting the worst

Got my order in at HLJ. I received a confirmation email and the order is showing in my order history. Crossing my fingers that my order doesn't get canceled

Not for PO items. At least, not that I've been able to find. I want to say the old site did show estimated shipping costs, but it's been awhile so I could be misremembering
