Thats why i chose rubber because its a flexible material, i guess ill find out in a few months if the joints are crumbling

Thats the point to create more pressure. If you take it apart you will notice the balljoint is half diecast half plastic. That half piece of plastic is supposed to generate friction on the black plastic pieces inside the hip but that doesnt work because the black pieces sit too deep in the hips. Now if bandai uses crumbling plastic then its a whole different story. I'll inspect mine in a week or 2 to see how the rubber and plastic are holding on.

If you've seen my DX YF-29 joint fix video I just recorded a new one for my VF-25G renewal using a new material for the hip joints and so far it works. Was the crotch joint able to hold the weight? I remember i had to modify my alto a little so that it would be able to support the fast pack in battroid mode.

I think all those scratches come from parts just being thrown in a bucket. They don't baby all these parts at the factories.

They're great in fighter but really don't do anything in battroid mode but add more weight to the back.

Yea ill be making a version 2.0 of that video with a better camera and new ideas i have for tightening the joints that don't involve glue.Edit: well that didnt take long. A buddy of mine sold me his super parts set so i just bought the 29 30th!
