Yup same here, i got mine yesterday as well. People claimed they could just twist it off with their hand but that wasnt the case with mine. Once i got the pliers it came off with little effort.

Well, i do have a replacement set of shoulders that came with my 1S Hikaru that i got from a member here. But i have yet to use those. Im saving them for when the shoulders crumble if ever. For these i knocked the pin out and then filled the crack with super glue. I let it dry and filed down the excess. I also filed the pin down, mainly the knurled part to prevent any more stress on the repaired area. So far ive done the same procedure on my 1J and 1S Hikaru and they have held up.

Got this guy from JUNGLE today. Looked brand new with the tape on the landing gear doors and on the tip of the wings. Sadly out of the box i was greeted with cracked shoulders. Anyone ever dealt with jungle in one of these cases? Currently sitting in the medical bay having its shoulders repaired.

NY: They can combine unpaid preorders. they overcharge on shipping. from what ive read with some people dealing with problems on the 0Ds they ordered from NY, their customer service sucks and wont do anything to help you. HLJ: you can combine items for up to 60 days. Their customer service is great, they will exchange your figure if they have any or you can return it and they will pay for return shipping. Even with the higher cost HLJ has won me over because they dont simply blow me off with "you are on the other side of the world, sorry." when there is a problem.
