    I guess like the AMBAC in Gundam or something. Still seems incredibly inefficient but I guess no more than transforming fighters

    What’s the in-universe reason for transforming ships after SDF-1? I’d think the Macross classes after that would just be designed so they can fire the gun without all that transforming mechanism taking up space.

    I would have been more than fine for a mm or two thicker fighter on the Yamato for better battroid legs. That would’ve been an almost perfect YF-21 toy for me.

    After M+ they were both accidentally dissolved in a vat of acid they had mistaken for a swimming pool, but their android duplicates did merge programs in a symbolic marriage. So... answer is maybe.

    Right, I’m saying that I’m not sure the 25 parts variance is significantly more onerous than majority of the fighter lines before.

    That’s pretty slim evidence that those would be much more difficult for maintenance regularity than the -31 series.

    Why would the VF-19 still be so heavily restricted though? In the years since I imagine you could take a bog standard VF-30 from Brisingr now and do what a -19 did back then and more easily, if published specs are anything to go by.

    It’s funny he’s still so fixated on a plane that’s out-classed 200-300% in thrust performance by even monkey models in Frontier/Delta era.

    Hips are changed to VF-31 style. Ankles? I don’t think so. I hope it’s been tightened up or something too.

    Did any colony fleets use the transmitted detuned YF-24 as is? Why incur all the extra development costs to re-engineer it to production fighters (25, 31) that don’t match up to the federal YF-24 specs anyway?

    I mean, an adult collectable toy is almost by definition a luxury item so pay whatever you feel comfortable paying.

    I hope in the next series, they’ll switch to a new lineage of fighters. I love the entire YF-24 derivative line but it might be time for something new as the hero fighter.

    Awesome as always Jenius, your work is much appreciated. EDIT: I just noticed your Ozma's turret flops around a bit, I had the same problem. I tried to work some nail polish in the swing joint and it *kinda* worked but there's not a lot of space and didn't want to pop the pin.
