    Sorry. When you mentioned a lack of Sentinel wanting to converse on MOSPEADA; I thought the worst and my mind went to the ride armors first. I'd love a Sentinel Legioss and Tread, but if something should happen; I'd at least want the Yellow Ride Armor to make it out.

    But in 2019? It's more of a willful ignorance by the audience now, dont you think? What's HGs real plan for the next 5-10 years except for the same old? I dont see that LAM taking off. I was really joking in large part of my prior post- but I do believe; whole heartedly that the RT fanbase is somewhat lazy and unengaged in contrast to a Macross or TF fan. It's easier to settle for whats given to you instead of what you really want. As the customer/ fan; I can settle for the Kitzconcept 1S. Or I can acknowledge deep down that I cannot have a 1S without a strike cannon at/ near that scale; so I have to aim higher and get an Arcadia. But that's me now.

    Many reasons- imho and some observation; A) some are not really forward thinking as far as story and character development. If "Rick Hunter" doesnt even get a mention- the series is over. B) some are cheap and prefer older merch only/ mainly. Or lower end newer merch that breaks. They're not excited about a new VF-31 or the intricacy a similar collectable entails. Hell; HG is still pushing coffee mugs and hats from 2002 at a reduced rate. C) or it's too hard to break away from what's easy. Macross is super diverse from many facets. Robotech fans couldn't handle the level of range; from 7 to Frontier, etc. Repeat, slight tweak, reuse, repack the same old; stay in the bubble. They say they want something new and different; but do they really? No. I don't think so. I could go on, but will decide not too.

    I remember first becoming a community member and having a conversation with Gubaba, and he was showing me how you could literally plagerize and put the Robo-tech logo on anything and it would "work" LOL.

    VV wasnt a great anime rendition, but when I saw Dairugger- I was completely engaged. Awesome series.

    Furman has never, ever had great work- true; his stuff has always been all over the place- absolutelyno structurein his writing or world building. My favorite books of his was literally TF: G2 #1, that's it. For him to be taking on the mess that is Robowreck, just to make it more a disaster; I dont know what to compare it too. It's all just not good.

    The problem is no one is actually keeping track of this- anywhere. No one from BW is following the money. I shared the same sentiment when I look at one of my Macross shelf with hundreds of dollars worth of product for a commodity that's supposed to be only for a Japanese audience. How many of us are there outside of Japan- that are paying premium prices for products? Its beyond the US; true. But how many of us are there actually. 500, 1000, 5000? That's still not enough. Then there is the possibility that BW and Tatsunoko wants us to pay premium pricing and keep the value on the commodity within a limited capacity. But if they communicate with their Takara counterparts, they'd know that collectors at this level are willing to pay directly or even spend (at times) on 3rd Party products. Who knows anymore.

    Same; saw it last night and loved it. I dont understand the negativity on the film either. It tied in to the first, didnt force Kong onto the viewer in an over imposing way. The twist was somewhat predictable- but its Godzilla. Overall enjoyable scifi movie. They should have made it sooner- as mentioned above. Literally the only gripe.

    There was supposed to be a (Cyclone) Ride Armor teased by KitzConcept a while ago. I dont know if it will come into fruition.

    That's what I have my eye on. But my move has demolished my toy funds- unless someone buys my VF-31F and super parts combo.
