I don't think I've even paid $20 for any of my cels. But then again I had the luck of going to Mandarake Torrance before they moved then closed, and also being able to visit the Mandarake stores in Tokyo. Tokyo was so cool, makes me not feel like going to the AX dealers room.

I haven't kept up with Armored Core. I remember going broke and getting "killed" in the first game so I could get body upgrades and be able to shoot an energy attack from the sword. My favorite thing was to have sword duels with friends in versus mode. Fun stuff!

Niiiiiice! I don't even mind the lack of crotch-piece. It actually looks good that way with the landing gear hatch instead. It's not THE YF-19, but that's a 19 variant I like!

In Graham we trust. Or at least I do. We've got line art to nitpick, he's seen a physical representation. At least Yamato isn't like MR with showing product development. I love MR's Star Wars stuff, but even on Rebelscum we don't usually get pictures of the products in advance (final or production). Man, I'm so excited about the 19! If they release a VF-19A Excaliber, I'm not sure which one I'd go with.

Yes I would buy one if they did it well. But no for right now. I'd rather see re-sculpts of the M+ valks in 1/60 scale, a VF-4, VF-3000, and VF-5000. Too much VF-1s out there. Let that line cool down a bit. And I prefer mine with minimal die-cast now. The 1/48 VF-1 showed you don't need buttloads of die-cast.

My eyes which nature cannot heal! It burns! I personally prefer Medicom's sculpts, they look pretty accurate on anime characters (like Rei and Asuka). But for this much money, I'll just save up for that VF-0A or the eventual 1/60 YF-19. OOooooh yeah, YF-19.

Any comparison pics of the 1/60 VF-0S Roy pilot and a 1/48 VF-1 pilot? Like a big Roy vs little Roy?

In a couple hours is the Spain vs France match. I'm cheering for Spain. Addition: Match in about 20 minutes. I can hear drums and cheering outside in the streets, France is really excited about this match. Whoever wins is going up against Brazil next. Addition2: Damn, France won. 3-1. It wasn't a pretty match, the two teams kept tripping, ramming, headbutting, and shoving each other in the face. It's going to be Brazil vs France.

Right now the Brazil vs Ghana match is going anf Brazil is winning, 2-0. Brazilian player Ronaldo beat the world record of number of goals with the first goal of the game around the 5th minute. addition: Brazil won, 3-0. Brazil advances! And the French commentors hate Brazil and constantly made snide remarks about the Brazil team. 9_9 At the end of the match they were talking about how "France is going to beat Spain and then we're going to kick Brazil's ass and we'll have great memories!"

I can't bring myself to spend a lot on cels. It's not on my list of priorities. I look for nice stuff at a price I don't feel is too steep. Mandarake I love your bargain bins!
