Hey I'd go for a DYRL Honeymoon Miria figure. Have a bunch of Miria, Minmay, and Misa fan-service figures. Doujinshi is awesome. Actually some Japanese people avoid otakus or otaku-ish people like the plague. In particular a mangaka I know that's buddies with my wife (Akimoto Nami, author of Miracle Girls and Urukyu). I've got a joons Hikaru VF-1J I picked up from Banzai comics and animation in LA by I&I sports in the early 90s, back before they went out of business. Bandai re-issues weren't out yet so it was so only way I could afford to get a valkyrie. Picked it up for about $35 I think. I played with that thing like hell. Had to take it apart and fix it a few times, but it's relatively easy maintenance. It would be a nightmare to have to fix up a yamato.

I have a 1/40 (I'm guessing) Orgroid with gun, projectiles, and instruction book but no box. Picked it up really cheap at Super Collectors back when they were located in Fountain Valley. The orgroid is sunburned though... lol Lots of yellowing all over. I don't care though because I picked it up for really cheap.
