I have already stated that it is looking a bit chunky. The chest and shoulders seem to be the biggest offenders to me. The 3rd area is the ankle cuffs, you can barely tell it has feet. It might be because of the color of the feet on the 1/60 VF-0s. The last area that looks off to me is the size of the cod piece. I prefer how the head is more exposed in the line art than the prototype. The prototype chest reminds me of the 1/48 scale GBP-1S chest. That girl was very busty Looking at that pic, it looks like they are taking cues from that kit

Actually with the Tamashii web shop, you can actually place orders with COD as an option. Goes to show you that system actually works to this day in Japan. I remember it used to be an option in the USA, but I frequently remember back in the 80's people ordering COD and then rejecting it lol. Most likely why it's gone here in the states, either way you will need a Japanese address to get the order placed.

I have for the most part stopped ordering from NY unless it's a Tamashii web exclusive. I primarily order from HLJ because of the great service and private warehouse option.Golden week is always brutal when waiting on something from JP. My last order from HLJ luckily shipped out before Golden week started.

Yeah I have one of each GFFMC Unicorn type and figure I might as well get the final version with the shield gimmick. I guess I was freaking out when I missed the Phenex and was able to get one anyways thanks to David No problem, I wanted to have a scale Kshatriya vs Unicorn display and happen to find it scrounging around on HLJ. -
I think NY should at least offer the option of the customer covering shipping if they really want the replacement part.

It's OK, I still have 3 of them on pre-order. I did not want to pay them off up front at this time. I have tons of pre-orders now, so I can live without 3 for now I might pick up some more on release.

I was having problems with my bank again using my CC with CDJ again. I refuse to stay on the phone with my bank again for several hours trying to get the payment to go through just to have my card locked over and over again. I guess I'm only getting 3x instead of 6x this time around. I asked for CDJ to cancel it.

I was also surprised that HLJ limited to 1x when all of the other shops I lurked on limited to 3. I decided to just wait for my Amiami cart to complete the wheel of doom and was able to checkout with 3 there and 3 at CDJ. Maybe we will get lucky and Bandai releases some SUper/Strike parts and they include a 1J head or something. If not I will most likely buy at least 2 of those if they announce it.

LOL, I don't know hat the deal is but I have missed the past 2x GFFMC releases on PO night. I missed the GFFMC Unicorn last ver. I was all amped up about the Hi-Metal R VF-1A Mass production version and have not paid enough attention to the Gundam sites lately. On positive note I found that there is a reissue of the Robot Damashii Kshatriya and Unicorn Destroy, so I was able to pick those up on pre-order from HLJ. -
Ami will request when ready to ship out. CDJ will charge you now if you use Paypal, if you use a CC they will charge you when it's ready to ship.

I received both of mine yesterday but did not have time to look at them. As far as I can tell they included the stand with them. I cannot read Japanese, but there was clearly the word stage in the description written in English. My guess is that it relates to the stage act stand. I will open one up tonight after work.

I'm shocked you even need to send the defective part back in. That causes unnecessary work on the customers behalf. They should have just asked that the end user submit proof of purchase via some online form and then ship you out a new one. I'm wondering if the new batch will have the same problem?

For me it's a toss up between the low vis and the stealth super. I have my stealth super in fighter mode and currently my low vis v1 in battroid mode. When I get around to it I'll put my low vis back in fighter mode. I really do think the 1/48's have one of the best fighter modes ever.

I would have to sell off one of my VF-0S's to get this if it was a bundle, but I agree that it is not a bundle. I wonder if Arcadia is going to stick to those proportions or not. I could be slimmed down in a few areas. The tiny arms are how it appears in the OVA as far as I can remember so I can't complain about that at all.

I am so glad David found a Roy or a few. I was feeling so bad about it, I was actually contemplating letting one go. Maybe I should start ordering things in 3's now

I love my 1/48 valks, I don't really see myself selling them off.

I agree, I look at it and go damn that would be nice but then I consider all my other Gundam toys are in 1/100 or roughly that scale. -
I never noticed before, but the ab section of the armor looks like a grenade.
