    Of course, the prices of the original on the secondary market are insane. I already have the original SS + Riser and GN Sword and the second release they did that was just the OO Riser without all the seven sword kit included and some minor marking changes.

    When you look at it, the US based sites are basically rolling in the fee that would be for EMS to the USA + a markup although I'm sure they get it shipped to them for way less. I have a no hassle cancel pre-order with Lunar just in case, but I will still try to get one from a JP based site before that one even makes it in to Luna. I know I'm a freak for wanting to have at least 1x of every Metal Build that has released thus far. I'm probably just in panic mode though as of now because I had the flu and slept through the pre-order madness.

    Damn, that sucks. I looked this morning also and found nothing, but kept an eye on e-mail as I usually get one when they add new Bandai items like this.

    Yeah, it figures that my luck would be as such though... I guess puking makes you forget about a lot of things lol. I had a post it attached to my monitor in my office, but I never even made it in to my office I went straight to bed.

    Damn, I missed this because I left work yesterday after throwing up due to stomach flu. I just woke up after sleeping since like about 5pm yesterday

    I'm not sure they actually said it, but I have noticed that with each new release it seems they are getting better with the tightness of the joints. I am assuming since the the 7 sword was the first release that they would do a better job this time around I guess.

    It's actually not red in that image that is posted above, you might look a bit closer and you will see it. I think it has to do with the lighting/reflection effects. look at the part that meets the VF-31J , under the vapor trail going across the body you can see the original color really good there.

    Really with the valk game, it will just keep going up unless there is some crazy defect (like defective black triangles). I would just get it while it's around and available.

    Yeah, I got the email late. By the time my phone notified me of the mail I was like 10-15 minutes late.

    How much are these bases? I have one that likes to unplug from the back of the base making it scary to leave a figure on there.

    I thought I saw conversions done but I don't remember the details Yamato seemed to feel that the 1/60 v2 scale was a better bet for a completed line and I agree. The prices would have been astronomical on the 1/48 line as the prices were going up, and I think the 1/60 v2 line was a huge improvement overall. I also remember something about the 1/48 molds being done and possibly overused. I don't think Arcadia acquired them during the Yamato liquidation sale.

    Personally I like my Ivanov 51 over the Nora I have, but yeah some new SV-51's would be nice. I would like to see them re-done with current generation design implementations.
