    Kinda late to the party, but Micheal could not be part Zolan if I am correct. The drama that was broadcast over the townships speakers, stated that Zolans are marsupials and could not mate with normal Humanoid races.

    Yeah the shape of the EX is different on the cockpit and fuselage. At first I did not realize this until I was on macross mecha manual before the 171-EX released. Not a bad modification, but I prefer the clear jewel look personally.

    I think it's pretty bad ass they though of the doors opening both ways, at least if there a question of anime accuracy it can be solved.

    Yeah, I was honestly surprised when I found out they were making them with swappable wings. They should have just made it right the first time around. I don't regret buying it though by any means, although I have yet to transform mine.

    Cool man, my wife also loves Macross, Star Trek and Wars and all kinds of general Sci-Fi. She collects the PVC's and resin statues of anime characters and has even built a Bandai 1/72 VF-25F with the Ranka decals,she used the stickers though so she would not ruin the water slides on attempt 1 .

    Can't wait for my sets to arrive, not sure though if I will use the Alto set. I was thinking my display would consist of the F, G, and RVF all in super parts and my Ozma in armor. I am still not too hot on the tornado packs, but if they release them I may get one set.

    The F5 thing really only applies to the Bandai Renewals for me so far.

    Nice gifts your lady is awesome! The problem with my wife is, she lets me buy whatever I want so I get all the releases, but at the same time she feels like it's hard to buy for me for birthday's etc because I buy all the damn valks lol.

    Currently I cannot find anything that indicates that the opening chest is cannon, but it makes sense though if you look at the armored packs on the VF-25's the shape of the chest area is close in design.

    Not too big of an issue for me, but really seems like they dropped the ball. I only own 2 VF-1's that have the option parts so they are a minority in my collection.

    Hey guys, I know in the past I made a lot of comments on the color of the stripes on the wings on the VF-17D being white. Now I am unsure, because when I look up the release without the fast packs I see pictures with blue stripes. When I look up the version with fast packs I am seeing pics with white stripes can anyone verify that both releases will have the blue stripes? Graham can you shoot an e-mail over to Yamato maybe? I also wonder if they had one on display at Wonderfest over the weekend.

    That's what I mean though. I don't understand it to this day. I swear Bandai causes me to have anxiety but with the Yamato releases I feel relieved knowing that I will get one and for a deal better than MSRP or even if you miss the release there is also still a chance to get it at MSRP. With the VF-1's I got into the v2's slowly and then last minute I had to scramble to get all of the 2 seaters and I did, at sale prices even. I just want to stick to the cannon Bandai renewals and may drop this as I have a YF-29 in the cannon scheme. I guess talk to me in Oct and we shall see. (I am extremely addicted to Valkyries) Can anyone confirm this theory or rumor for me? I heard some talk about the renewals being produced in semi decent numbers, but the allocation to the web shops that sell to global customers are not getting a good number of units, thus causing the "shortage". If this is the case Bandai would seem to be doing this on purpose to cause us filthy Gaijin pain. True or false? Ultraman, I love your scoreboard LOL. I may do the same if you don't mind

    オプションパーツ付き = With optional parts though I guess I won't know until I release mine from the HLJ warehouse. Does no one else have this valk yet?

    Yeah guys, sometime today I was billed and both the DYRL? CF VF-1A and the Cavaliers were moved to my private warehouse. They never even replied to my personal e-mail which is odd. They may have been put on blast if this happened to all of the customers who ordered. *Edit I just checked my paypal and it does not show a charge...... *Another Edit OK, so it turns out I had selected the PayPal merchant auth like usual. What actually happened was they charged my CC that was on file with them. The site is f*cked up still as far as I can tell. At least I got my valks , but they need to get their sh!t together!

    I prefer to finger my valks raw! It's really funny how it looked huge when pictured alone. Now that there is a hand in the picture it does look small. I doubt the guy has really big hands, unless it's some gaijin molesting it with gloves as most Japanese people don't have huge hands.

    I have one on pre-order it was not 300, but there was a mark up. Honestly with the way I keep missing the release dates on these Bandai valks, I feel like I am actually paying more of a premium for these than the Yamato's. Yeah the Yamato's may cost a lot, but you never pay more than the MSRP for them. I may cancel mine also just for the fact it's not a cannon scheme and by the time Luca is announced I will most likely have to over pay for it. I am really out to just get the main valks and call it quits with Bandai.

    Not yet, but I'm pretty damn sure they will give us pose-able hands.

    The guns are integrated on the VF-4, I think it was noted that a gunpod is optional in batteroid mode. I have plenty of spare gunpods though, if I ever decide to pose in batroid mode with a gunpod.
