Wedge a tiny piece of tissue in between? Like turn it perpendicular, place tissue then turn it back to sandwich it. Then tear off the excess.

Thanks for the help. Yup, i do know the differences of the respective movie/tv whites but its just that the White of the movie CF 1A is throwing me off from the pictures (looks very bright on the pictures I've seen.)
-
No wait, isn't the m&m one of the planned re-releases already?
-
Just out of curiosity, is there a difference in the shade of the main brown of the VF-1A CF between the DYRL and the TV versions? And is the white of the DYRL off white or pure white? From the pictures I've seen it looks like pure white but I'm not certain.

Why is there a sudden surge of this valk at mandarake? There's like a new (new & used) ones everyday. I got one as I couldn't resist the price and the idea to pair up with the YF-19.
-
It'll be mine sooooooon hehehehe
-
Yeah!, the VF-19 is just shy of a perfect gerwalk mode from total perfection. YF-19 has got a good gerwalk from the pictures so that says alot about how awesome this valk will be. 2 more months!!!

I tweeted mrK about the VF-1J with AP, he replied back that it is still undecided to release but theres motivation to do so. Sounds like it may still take a while :/ I wanted to ask him when he will announce other releases for this year but i dont know how to put that well in google translate to japanese. Can anyone help?

What Current Anime Are You Watching Version v4.0

Anyone watched Eureka 7? My favourite anime of all time -
I'd hate it if they made such a prominent part swappable. They can just make the wings push up like the 1/72 Bandai VF-1 kits to give some clearance.

1/48+fp's, 1/60+fp's, 1/72, 1/2k, 1/3k,1/100 and now 1/144

Hey MJ, what do you do to prime your DX's for painting and do you just paint the raw plastic? I'm more specifically referring to the brown markings on the 25A on your profile picture. I'm planning to customise my 25A's too but afraid that the paint will get easily scratched off the shiny plastic when handling. -
That's what she said?

End of may i suppose, from NY's item page.

Notice that the 0D is using the swing bar mechanism for the legs.

I guess that the YF-19 was frozen solid today. Its supposed to be a demonstration on the event itself. So only if someone took a video of it then we can see it. Hopefully someone was able too.
-
Same here, I was hoping that they would be announcing repaints/rereleases too. I guess it was just to announce the 0D and the tiny Macross

Depends on which colour scheme you like. If you love flashy ones go for Alto, if not, VF-25A is the way to go. Plus if you're going the A route, it's easier to get the super parts at a reasonable price. OR if you want something more interesting, consider an RVF-25. Both the valk and the super parts with ghosts should still be easy to get.

Your most recent Macross or toy purchase! General thread.

When it's new it is fairly tight and sufficient to hold heavy stuff. When its old as mine, it cant hold safely even if I tightened the screws. The main problem for mine is that the smaller cylindrical bar disconnects from the larger one too easily when forces act on the side. -

I had some of them that held my old frontier kits. I wouldnt put anything heavy on them though and move them around much. -
Oh I thought that was his first point. Ok then my bad...
