Unfortunately, that ain't gonna happen. I'd be nervous taking this down to Shizuoka, let alone flying with it overseas. If Tenjin-san ever makes it back up to Sapporo, I'll see if he'll sign this, though. No telling, he did sign a 3D poster of his for me.

Check out Evan Designs. They seem to have the best "idiot-resistant" lighting I've seen. What I used was 3 mm quick-flash red, and 5 mm cool white. There is a green one in there too, but it's not working. I imbedded it in some Wave epoxy putty, maybe that futzed it up. Well, for me, 7 out of 8 lights working is a pretty good accomplishment.

Launch arm, with a VF-1 Black Aces attached. Also have 1 launch personnel to put in, too. 98% of the times I've tried to do anything electrical/mechanical with my builds, it's failed to work. That's why I'm so excited that this came out.

DJ Ozma. He was a total joke as a musician, but I've actually see them live twice, and really enjoyed it. Main reason I like him is that it's really the lead singer of Kishidan. But this music is totally opposite of what I normally listen to. For contrast, the non-guilty pleasure of my favorite band, Galmet. Also, I enjoy eating peanut butter right out of the jar, no bread-no nothing. Just get a big spoonful and chow down.

Saw it on the flight back from Singapore at around 2:00 AM. What I remember of it, I liked. Have to watch it again when I'm totally awake. -
Saw it a few hours ago. I liked it. Theater was about 1/2 full (12:15 PM showing on a Sunday). Now, at this particular cinema, there are 3 versions you can see: 2D dubbed and subbed, and 3D IMAX. I saw the 2D subbed (long time 3D viewing gives me a headache). And, in case anyone was interested, yes they kept the Japanese dialog intact. There's also another place in town showing 2D subbed and dubbed, with regular 3D.

Word of warning if you've got the launch arm kit, and haven't built it yet. It ain't designed for Strike packs! The extra height of the RÖ-X24 cannon throws off the gripper fingers' alignment. Think I've got it sufficiently modified to work, though. Hopefully I'll be 100% finished in the next few weeks.

August 9th for me. They will be showing the IMAX 3D here in Sapporo (at United Cinema Sapporo Factory), but watching 3D for a long time really bothers me. I even feel a little funky after Disneyland 3D shows. Probably end up seeing it at Sapporo Cinema Frontier.
