  1. They're others being done, I think they're just being posted in the Hasegawa VF-25 thread.
  2. One of the first, but not THE first.
  3. About 6 hours of total work time on the Hasegawa VF-25, and I'm basically done with the primary build. Thankfully, not much to be done with seam-line filling and sanding. Just getting ready to start painting Ozma.
  4. Finally opened here in Japan recently, and just got back from seeing it.
  5. If you're going to use the clear pieces for the wingtip lights on the -21, be sure to cut out the space while holding the clear part on the wing. If you cut by going with the lines already marked on the part, you're going to end up with a space about twice the size of the clear part. Personal experience here.
  6. Once I make a little more progress, I'll take some. Probably Saturday. Just because it looks like a quick build, doesn't necessarily mean I have the time for it!
  7. Nope, Tokyo Disneyland. Little birthday trip for my wife.
  8. Actually arrived Saturday, but didn't get them until yesterday since I was out of town.
  9. Here's about 2 hours work. Gonna be a quick build, I think.
  10. Especially in duplicate.
  11. There's also 2 Max on Amazon Japan, and 1 Miria.
  12. Took these on Sunday. Merry Macrossmas!!
  13. I'll be starting on mine either today or tomorrow. Building the VF-25S version.
  14. I should have mine delivered on Saturday. Thing is, I won't be home until Monday....
  15. Favorite band came to town. OF COURSE had to bring the camera! Miki-Vocals Ruki-Guitar Ayano (red hair) Guitar, and Ama-Bass Idyako-Drums and, Ruki drew something for me on my walkman.
  16. This is actually the 3rd time I've hung out with them . But since they're from Osaka, don't get a chance to see them as much as I'd like. These pics were taken at a meet and greet event before the show. I'll probably post a few more shots in the Photography thread. All of them were taking pictures of the truck, and Miki (lead singer) posted a couple of shots on her blog.
  17. uuuummm, OK. I don't know what the original was, but what's showing now is actually the beginning of one of the "Always三丁目の夕日" series movies. Godzilla had just been released, and the main boy character was having a dream. Someone spliced in the WB/Legendary logo at the beginning, and that stupid crap at the end.
  18. Here's a suggestion to you for your next VF-1 build. Remove the mirror parts from the cockpit display decal, and apply a little silver paint to that area. Looks better, and you don't have to worry anymore about getting those tiny bits to line up correctly.
  19. Finished My goofy truck project. As some of you may know, Galmet is my favorite band. They came to town yesterday, and I wanted to give them a unique early Christmas present. Hence, The Galmet Truck. There is an actual subculture in Japan of guys heavily decorating their rigs, but they're usually along the lines of Enka singers, or Japanese culture. First attempt at making my own custom water-slide decals. Think they turned out pretty nice. And yes, they did like it.
  20. I just wish he did his kits in 1/72 scale instead of 1/100. I would be much more interested in buying, then.
  21. According to Amazon Japan, the Super/Strike will be released on December 20th.
  22. My Photo Studio Hey, I found it! It's called a Dome Studio, size M , put out by Etsumi, it looks like. You can also check out Rakuten, too. Both places ship internationally.
  23. I think it was around 2500 yen. I replaced the colored cloth backdrop with pure white photo paper. I think that gives much better results.
  24. Right now, what's on there is my photo studio. Soon to be replaced by the Hasegawa VF-25.
