Bandai 1/72 fully transform able VF-1 plastic kit for Macross 30th Ann
Reïvaj replied to Vi-RS's topic in Model kits
The box art doesn´t show the kit's leg joints. I wonder why... -
That's because their staff is composed of Japanese and French, speaking fluent Japanese, English, French and Spanish.

The sooner the better.

Well, as Arcadia told you, it seems like not even the 1/60 version is decided yet.
-
Great deals indeed.

Message to jenius: As a lot of people read your reviews before purchasing a toy, I'd recommend you to kindly update the VF-171 Durability & Built section which still states that "so far the expected 5% failure rate seems to be correct"

One may like the colour scheme or not, but it must be admitted that the tampo print is amazing.

Very cool!

You can inform them if you want but I don't think you need to. They already know about those markings: They are even panel lined. The painted resin prototype we've seen so far is lacking all the little markings.
-
They never said never.

Mr-K's also mentioned his interest for the VF-25 line but he thinks Bandai are doing a great job -let aside the licenses. Maybe in a more distant future, he said.

There is a big difference: Magic vs. logic.

Mr-K's said they're working on two VF projects for after the YF-19. He hasn't said which ones, only that it's not the VF-2SS.
-
Great job!!! Congratulations and thanks for sharing it!

According to Mr-K the leg ones come all connected but, of course, if you're brave and skillful enough you can easily separate them.
-
There will be, and you can see them in the WF pics and CAD design. Look at the position of the feet and the angle of the lower legs in the picture. I'm not going to say it's ok but wasn't it exactly that way in the VF-19s? I think it's just that they can't hide underneath the lerx anymore. It's even harder to tell because this is still a painted resin prototype.

1. There's not any reason for those markings not to be there in the end, remember this is only a sample that lacks all the little ones. They've been represented in all the CAD images so far. 2. It looks grey to me. 3. I think it's as "peaky" as the VF-19's one.

I've never seen something so beautiful. Great proportions, superb engineering, amazing gerwalk mode -finally!- and an enormous ammount of gimmicks and extras... I'll need more of these and less YF-29s.
