  1. Great job!!!
  2. While I don't think I like the gap, I guess it's necessary to get enough room for the feet to move up and down –and even to open- in fighter mode. It does look like Bandai has addressed all the shortcoming of the DX 25. And now they're just around 30% of the molds away from a V.2 VF-25. I mean, all the mechanisms seem to be ok, they only have to change the head, chest plate, back plate, wings, thigh kittle and outer side of the lower legs and fins. Come on, Bandai, just do it!

  4. Well, yes, I ment the DX 25s
  5. I agree, IMO that's the reason. It's obvious that after designing the best Macross toy Yamato couldn't have left the hand plate like this for no reason. When I photoshopped a picture of the prototype for my avatar I painted the hands anime accurate for I would've never supposed Yamato didn't have the skills to do that. And even though I still think they could've done it, now I'm happy they left them like they did to avoid heavy wear.
  6. Who knows? We should ask Mr. Kawamori.
  7. Looks like everything fits tightly unlike previous DX releases… Do you know guys whether this is the actual toy or a painted prototype?
  8. As usual, very nice pics, Actar. Thank you very much for sharing.
  9. I'm just saying that choosing yellow for the "S" type valk stripes and white for the rest of the team is correct from the point of view of the Rules of Heraldry –which are frequently regarded by the armies of lots of nations for their emblems. I'm not saying Mr. Kawamori followed them or that what we can see in the show as yellow should be gold in real life. And strictly speaking, even in Heraldry yellow = yellow –but means gold.
  10. In fact, yellow = gold & white = silver according to the Rules of Heraldry.
  11. Very interesting.
  12. Not going to happen. Too many gimmicks to think of before that.
  13. I guess you've got a point there...

  15. Yes, I do. Already edited. The Yamato stands come with a bag plenty of adaptors for the old 1/72 and VF-1 V.I you can use to customize the current YF-21/VF-22 battroid mode adaptor.
  16. This are the pictures of my modified YF-21 adaptor for the yamato stand. Sorry for the delay.

  20. They won't because they are not removable!!!!!!!
  21. Not to mention I don't think trying to hide a Destroid Monster "in bushes" would be of any use…
