  1. Maybe you can find something around here: http://www1.cablenet.ne.jp/shima-m/mokeii.htm
  2. Would anybody be against Yamato, Bandai or someone else releasing new improved versions of the toys we already bought if they could do something like the one in this video? Well, certainly not me!
  3. I’ve started to not to be bothered by that gap, partly because it’s a very small detail in a really fantastic toy –and I kind of got used to it-, and partly because it was probably meant to be like this in the first place:
  4. A new picture of Bandai's DX YF-29 with super parts: Source: http://blog.yahoo.com/_ED274AZGFINLESDVVHRADMVIMU/articles/28964/index
  5. What you call "very light grey" (say white with a "drop" of black in it) is also "off white". I'd never define Yamato’s DYRL line as “grey” for this leads to this kind of misunderstanding. If you are not describing the exact composition of the colour, just “off white” is much more adequate. That’s only the opinion of a graphic designer anyway
  6. Great job! Congratulations!
  7. What Yamato announced at WF2011 Summer was a 1/60 Destroid Phalanx No Paint Hybrid kit (temporary name) that would include both the resin top half and ABS lower half.
  8. Yes, with resignation, I'm afraid...
  9. Well, I believe Robotech was broadcasted all round the world and not just in the States, so it's not just a matter of how Kakizaki is called locally. It's only that as this is Macross World I thought I was missing someone... Back on topic now
  10. Oh, I see
  11. Please excuse my ignorance, but... Who's Ben?
  12. Me too! Me too! Me too!
  13. I think the V.2 will have the same finish than the YF-29, since they share several molds.
  14. Yeah... This thread is about Bandai's DX VF-25F V.2. Go to the proper one
  15. He he... I know what you mean
  16. I’m not sure about that, nor do I think it’d be really necessary. If proportions, sculpt, QC and transformation are ok this time around I don’t know what else could be improved; mainly considering we are talking about a toy made after CG designs where there’s not much room for interpretation –as it is e.g. the case of the VF-19s where the original designs involved a lot of anime magic. Also I’ve heard this time Bandai had the precious collaboration of the guys that help Yamato with their designs (FLEX). Even though I can’t confirm that, if that was the case I wonder what would be the interest in investing lots of money to produce something so similar to what the market would already be flooded of… One never knows, but I wouldn’t hold my breath…
  17. Hey, there's even a release date!
  18. You can stop the process. Take it away from sun light.
