  1. What happened was hilarious
  2. As far as I can see the only three Macross related products eligible for the EMS-sale are the Yamato1/60 VF-22S Sturmvogel II Max and Miria and the Yamato1/3000 SDF-1 Macross Transformable. http://www.hlj.com/scripts/specialsale/?Count=96&DisplayMode=images&randstr=rp3209k9
  3. Maybe these are of the first batch with the floppy ankles issue? I believe there’s a new release scheduled for late December… http://www.amiami.jp.../e_display.html
  4. What about the VF-17? I think it does to.
  5. Maybe after Yamato runs out of transformable valks possibilities... Isn’t it probably a job for a kit modeller?
  6. That's a great pic, jenius!
  7. That comes from here: Source: Macross Mecha Manual
  8. According to Graham, the VF-11 didn’t sell well, so I can understand why they stopped doing the lesser animated repaints. Let’s hope the current VF-19 and VF-17 series make better.
  9. Well, we don’t know yet; this is nearly the same design than the VF-17T Sound Force Custom and I think to remember having read somewhere Yamato may consider releasing the whole Sound Force set. So who knows, maybe in the distant future…? Am I too optimistic?
  10. I’ve been testing my Kai’s ankles for a few days. They’re as tight as the first day though I guess I’d like them to be tighter. I’ve posed my valk with its nose almost touching the floor and it’s stayed like that for five days without problem. I have to say I like the side to side range of motion. Considering the shape of the feet I think a very wide A stance wouldn’t be very stable, which is remedied by incorporating those extra joints. Would’ve been better if ratchet joints had been used instead of ball joints? IMO the answer is yes. Do the ball joints work? They do for me, and I’m even able to pose the toy in some really exaggerated poses. Please excuse the low resolution.
  11. That’s the VF-17T “Trainer”, which is a modified version of the standard variable fighter featuring an extended nose and cockpit section to allow a second seat for an additional operator. Source: Macross Mecha Manual
  12. I may be wrong but I don’t think it’s possible to see the white stripes in M+:
  13. Except that I don’t think it will be 15% off
  14. Can you share with us the source of this information?
  15. Luckily enough, nobody forces us to buy it.
  16. You probably meant this other one? It's actually 35,000 yen. So, who wants it? http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/item_s-675512.html
  17. I believe so.
  18. That would be like asking himself, wouldn't it?
  19. So no gun pods at all here?
  20. That's correct.
  21. Err, Bandai and/or Yamato, maybe?
