  4. This poster came with the DYRL promo materials....
  5. Sell high....buy low?
  6. Probably too many different molds too soon and too quickly did them in.....would explain the more conservative approach that Arcadia is now taking....However, I think general releases on new molds is a mistake...they should have stuck with the VF-4 model of releases...and released all new molds as "made to order" and general releases for only the "in demand" re-releases....like the VT-1, Max/Milia VF-1J, VF-11C, VF-4G, etc....Guess only time will tell....
  7. Wonder if they'll throw in a baby pod with the Milia? I'll pick up a set to get them without the rainbow canopies and with the option parts...and the Alaska -1A if they make it....any other previously released VF-1 will be a pass for me....other than the anticipated VF-0D....I'm anticipating a long break from Arcadia...assuming they keep to their one new mold a year plan...
  8. What if it means fast packs for VF-19 Excaliburs.......meaning re-issued VF-19 Excaliburs with shoulder holes!!!.........
  9. Think it's been suggested before to include parts for a hangar diorama with each destroid....especially if releasing a Spartan and Phalanx, along with re-issues of the Defender and Tomahawk....but most potential buyers would probably pass if it also meant raising the price... Wonder if we'll ever see a Spartan and Phalanx 1/60......
  10. I prefer the TV variants....so VF-1D..... The VT-1 will most likely get a re-issue this year...and it will be problem-free....the VF-1D will surely get re-issued as well, but probably not this year since it was just reissued... Even if you find a VT-1 at retail price...why spend the money on an item that is more than likely going to have cracked shoulders or soon develop them even if never taken out of the box? I say get the VF-1D 30th if at a good price (150-250 USD)....then wait for the VT-1 reissue
  11. 1/1 scale envy.... Maybe Mr. K is compensating for something?.....
  12. ....how soon Arcadia will go out of business?
  13. Nice. Hope it sells well. Is a bright white VF-0S V 2.0 coming soon?
  14. OK...so now it's time to tweet all this to the K man! Or just ask him to post a poll on Arcadia's site to see how many fans want a Regult toy version....
  15. What's wrong with the Alaska Base is exactly what was wrong with all of the Kakizaki incarnations....it will most likely become a shelf warmer....don't get me wrong. ..as a VF-1 completist....I want Arcadia to make it....but not sure if it is the kind of release they need right now....of course, if it is also announced that a tv SDF-1 or VF-5000 is also coming...then maybe the Alaska Base is just the new never released VF-1 that will come along with the reissue of the Max and Milia VF-1J's while we wait for the new mold at year's end....
  16. ...and started having more kids! ....or maybe just one more...a son!
  17. That and the VF-17S Milia would have been perfect Macross Chronicle exclusives....
  18. They should have started with the smaller/lower priced versions...another dumb move from toynami... But at least this one is still coming right?...Right?!?
  19. thought the reason for the expense was the limited run and non-traditional nature of the materials used.....I do not think a non-transforming toy version made with the same plastics used for the rest of their line would cost more than the limited HDP kit.......
  20. A lot of the Regult toys are not 1/60 scale....
  21. Excellent point....the majority of their customer base is interested in competed toys not kits.....
  22. submit a second survey showing customers want more than just VF-1 repaints??? Wonder how much of the sentiment goes back to their bad decision for selecting the Q-rau as their initial enemy mech offering.....pretty sure a regult would have sold better
