Not to derail the conversation any further...but it is ironic that the current/ongoing Phalanx/Spartan thread started similarly with the initial release of the VF-19 Sound Booster..... http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=35060&page=1 There must be something about destroids and Fire Bomber that get fans all riled up.... D.O.A....... But seriously, 4 months into the year and we have our first "re-release" announcement......Does that mean we should expect 2 more before 2014 is behind us? August 2014 would be the perfect time to celebrate the 30th year of the "Summer of Macross"....with some VF's that folks actually want to buy?

I'm guessing we will probably see these: VF-17 D/S battroid VT-1/VE-1 battroid VF-4 battroid Maybe a VF-2J???....VA-1SS....Quel-Quallie???....Gnerl???.... I almost half expect to see either the TV or DYRL Boddole Zer command ship....... Also...I really hope they don't useTenjin's "Anniversario" valk in the final cover.....

Sold for 29000 JPY..... Another one currently on a no reserve auction.....http://page2.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b155556890 Will pricing trend up or down? Still some left at a few shops.....maybe once those dry up we'll see the YF-19 gain some aftermarket value.......However, I'm guessing the YF-19 had a much larger production run than the VF-4 and that is really what is keeping the current price at bay.....Anyone remember how soon after the VF-4 was released that prices starting escalating?

Really stands out with a few stickers..... Why no tampo Arcadia? Based on all the gripes....I'd say the lack of tampo is the most obvious omission.....

When I read this I imagined a small clip shown within some Macross future series.....a TV spot advertising an upcoming episode of COPS "Zentran" edition, highlighting the SMS's daily battles within some emigrant ship's Zentran/Meltran ghetto....

Totally agree with this.....but it's not all shops (just most of them!)....HLJ is basically the only one that seems to really have a decent, non-convoluted return/refund/exchange/replace policy...... But, perhaps folks seem to forget this....and instead of waiting for "real world" examples of what can happen to you....it might be worth pointing out the policies every now and then......perhaps pin a topic on the "WHERE TO BUY" section? Ultimately....it is "BUYER BEWARE" and "READ WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING"

Via the proxy payment service that both parties (buyer and seller) have agreed to use to complete transactions....both agree to abide by whatever rules that proxy has in place.... But, yeah.....return shipping is not covered.....the only time that happens is with major league retailers....and they usually are reputable and "big" enough to deal with directly....
