Any idea if the release schedule for these VF-31's will be aggressive? Like every other month? There are 10 basic VF/SV releases correct? Actually, if you count the cannon fodder versions of both the VF-31 and the SV-262 it's 12 I think? Anyway, it may take 3 years to get them all out....with armor packs sprinkled in-between. Not even including the DX Elysion and possible Regults and Destroids. I'm guessing if you miss out on this first PO, you may have to wait at minimum 1 year for a re-issue if you don't get lucky on release day. Really liking the fancy box for these. I'm in for at least 2. So when is the PO?

AmiAmi seems to have erroneously (or purposefully) swapped the shipping costs between EMS and Airmail Registered.....every other site has shipping the complete opposite, with EMS being in the 5700 range and Airmail being in the 6700 range.....basterds! Looks like CDJapan was the cheapest option for US bound Monsters.....25,000 JPY

Cool pics! Although I must say, that I prefer the ground fight scenes between these HM/HMR's..... The "anime magic" seems to get lost when you group HM/HMR VF's and Regults in "flight" battle poses.....unless you play with the perspective...like the perspective you captured in the last pic.....the Regults end up looking too small next to the VFs if they are not standing....well, IMO anyways

Guessing it's probably more popular in Japan..... For the longest time the only decent PT toy version of the SDF-1 was the TV version (from Takatoku).... It wasn't until Wave and Yamato came along that a DYRL PT toy version was even produced............. a new PT DX TV SDF-1 is now long overdue...that recent partsformer personally didn't cut it....unfortunately, not sure if it's sales were strong enough to make Bandai consider green-lighting a DX TV SDF-1....

Hope we get DYRL-type HMR Regults at some point

I thought the Nexx version was next?

LOL....guess we are now back to making the Russians the bad guys....but at least that's believable in a movie set in the midst of the Cold War....
-
1/1800 scale prototype....may or may not be released.....nothing more has been revealed about it from Bandai......they simultaneously also teased everyone with a 1/35 DX VF-1... All we can do is hope and pray at the moment....
-
On the bright side.....there shouldn't be any other HMRs with shipping in this range....so we just need to bend over just this once.....grab some lube if you must! Wait...what if Bandai does release the 1/35 VF-1 or a 1/1800 SDF-1.........OK, save some lube for later...just in case!

Seems like AmiAmi is charging the Airmail rate for EMS......ripoff!

Maybe Evolution Toys should just stop further development and release grey prototypes.......they seem so much better in that stage!
