Takatoku Vattroid Valkyrie Variation.......49,500 JPY https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/q163411441

The various booklets are among the most fun collectibles. Macross furoku is a whole category in itself. There are so many to collect, I have many but not all of them. Not sure which were my first, but I do have several favorites.

Really impressed by your backgrounds....better than what Bandai has done recently with their HMR displays... I tried the same concept before but much more low-tech than your setup... Would you mind sharing the image file you created? Especially the DYRL space battle background.....I am sure several members would appreciate it....

would have to be an SDFM version for me....

This is as much of a TV SDF-1 as the Hasegawa "TV" SDF-1 they are ripping off the mold from..... If they were just going to upscale someone else's work....they should have chosen the original Takatoku 1/3000 SDF-1.... A Takatoku SDF-1 at double the size would have been an insta-buy for me.....I'd take an upscaled chunky-monkey too!

That's impressive...I'd pay good money for someone to paint a quality mural like yours on a wall in "my son's room"... () ...anyone recommend someone in the Chicagoland area? For now I was thinking of getting some hi-res wall stickers done of these little guys for my little guy's room......anyone know of a place that can do this sort of thing?

More of a how-to modelling book...but if you feel compelled to get it....there are some gently used ones on Mandarake.... https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order/detailPage/item?itemCode=1027537835&ref=list https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order/detailPage/item?itemCode=1064800866&ref=list If you just wanted to get a reference guide covering the various VF series...you caught them all....so far....lots more VFs to cover I would need to compare the VF modelling manual book to the individual VF MF books...it is possible that the Modelling book is just rehashing what is found on the VF MF books....with the added content being the How-to guides.... If you want a similar book....I suggest the recently released one covering the model kits featured on Model Graphix over the years...but then again, I think you already have it No3Ljm...

You caught them all!!!

Good Luck! I wouldn't base anything on the listed price from the site I linked as it seems anything that has been "sold" is listed at $99.99...but you still might want to find out what it sold for before listing it on ebay or offering it for sale....try to look for a mark of somekind...it will definitely help with your sale.... On items such as yours, a lot of time the "value" will be based purely on what a collector within that niche market is willing to pay for the item.....unfortunately, high value is not always correlated to it's rarity....in cases such as with your Lansay Valk....value is more tied to the item's desireability within the overall Macross/Robotech VF collector community...and more specifically within a smaller niche of said community...
