Will need better pics....but I will just say this...the OWL-1 gets a pass because it does not need to be line-art accurate since it is not even canon.... For something like the canon VF-1 Booster......I prefer it to be lineart accurate, not lineart "inspired" 'nuff said

The dumb thing about Arcadia and it's Zero license....where is the VF-0C? VF-0B? They have the technology...they have the capability....they have the parts! Only missing the common-sense. The DX 1/48 is cool, but not sustainable as an easy to manage collectible for most customers/collectors....neither was the 1/48 Yamato....thus they repackaged it at 1/60...again....and also in that specific odd scale probably because of Bandai having the death grip on the 1/55 scale... The HMR scale works for exactly the opposite way why the DX at 1/48 will likely not work in the long run.....people want to be able to not only "catch 'em all" ....but also to be able to "display 'em all".....just my 2 cents

I had already stopped supporting Arcadia "reboots" by the time the VF-0A came out, plus did not approve of their "meddling" with the canon colors of it....did get some VF-0D though since it was all-new... I did ended up purchasing their VF-0S later from a MW member once the Armor was released, which I bought only because I knew it was never going to be made by any other vendor at that scale for a long time. And after Delta came out....it now seems there is no limit to what Bandai will release, albeit not necessarily at 1/60 while Arcadia has the kung-fu grip on the Zero 1/60 scale license...

Not being "pinkish" is now considered a selling point! Hope Arcadia isn't reading this....I may have just given them another way to raise their prices.....pinkish regular edition, non-pinkish regular edition, pinkish PF edition, non-pinkish PF edition....

Most Macross DX Chogokin's have enjoyed a re-release, however, it may take some time and patience....you can probably get lucky on release day to nab one or try Mandarake soon after. This release is different in that it sort of vaguely insinuates that this is a "special" early release due to getting a "free" stand and cardboard slipcover. So a second round may be coming without the "freebies". The closest comparable recent release was the HMR VF-1S Fokker....one came with a "free" stand and one did not.....however, both releases had distinct Pre-order windows and also were both only available via the special tamashii webstore.......I wouldn't worry about it...I think you will get one eventually

The only hope is that Bandai doesn't already have the licenses for most of the other Macross series. It would seem they have pretty much all of them and are in the process of actually putting them to good use. Maybe Arcadia can try and go for the M3 or VF-X/VF-X2 licenses....maybe that would provide them with a loophole to produce some of the valks people want. Or just partner with Hasegawa and start doing those schemes.....that could also provide them with a loophole to make several VF types.

Yep....several Hasegawa designs would sell like hotcakes.......either those designs would come at a high price tag for Arcadia...or they have really no clue what would sell

No worries.....if the decision is between books or the toys....get the toys first because those tend to go up in price later....most books will not

Dunno...it seems max 1 usually means not enough to go around....allowing 2 would seem they are getting a big allotment....not every one wants doubles
