    They were excellent display pieces when new.....not good for much else 3+ months in.... I generally just set and forget my collectibles so this does not bother me. If you think you will be able to transform these beyond maybe a dozen times, maybe less with the armor mounted, then you will be disappointed.

    In my experience, "lots" of anything are usually beneficial to the buyer. As a seller, you want to avoid these type of sales if maximizing your earnings are your top concern.

    They were definitely proxy bids... The way the auction went down was very similar to how they do when Rinkya bidders are involved, due to their bidding rules between Rinkya bidders. Unfortunately, this time around we didn't get a Rinkya bidder to come on here and admit they were over-bidding on a cel without knowing what they were bidding on.

    Bandai released an HMR Monster....a VF-2SS...twice....a VF-4 Lightning, FB2012 no less!.....and just recently a VF-1D........but all of them were teased in some form or other by Bandai at some point... I think waiting a bit longer for the Tomahawk and Phalanx in exchange for a VF-4 and VF-1D was a fair trade.... The Tomahawk, Phalanx, N-Ger and more will come......eventually....but apparently not on any of our schedules I guess if HMR was the only line of Macross you collected, it could be frustrating waiting for any particular mech... Solution........just collect other Macross stuff to pass the time inbetween Macross HMR releases!
