Looks cool if that's the final product. Finally something that isn't a VF. IIRC the colors are supposed to be DYRL only. Red, Blue and Purple. No TV green unless something changes. I really don't know why Yamato is even bothering with a Max Q-rau. They'd sell more if they were the green TV type.

They look pretty nice but kinda expensive for dust magnets.

It's a toss up for the most boring, generic and forgettable Macross 7 character: Viffidas, Ray or Gamlin. They must have come from a "How to draw anime" book.

Or the other thing is that its a lame sequel. When comparing it to other mid- 90's anime, it's a very mediocre forgettable series.

I really don't have to "ask" to buy anything. I pay 100% of the damn bills lol However...there's the "so what are ya going to buy me?" question. I've been getting that alot lately lol. And Christmas presents don't count. After a Max 1/48 VF-1A last week, A Hikaru VF-1J 1/48 coming this week and Tenchu figures coming from HLJ today, I'll be hiding.

I like to use Mitsurugi and Taki the most....big surprise lol Rock, Hwang, Sophitia and Kilik are pretty good. Maxi "seemed" better in Soul Calibur. Bring back Li Long!!! Heihachi just sucks. Hopefully they'll never be a Tekken VS Soul Calibur game.

People applauded(during and at the end) at the screening I was at too. I don't mind that too much but for some reason the dork who brought his lap top really annoyed the piss outta me. lol All & all I enjoyed ROTK. I think it could of done without the Gollum scene at the beginning. The scene with Legolas on the elephant looked really fake. I'm not heavily into the books, so I have a question. Did the relationship between Aragorn and Arwen seem so "underplayed" in the books It feels like it was just thrown in the movies and not really developed.

The only customizing I really do on the 1/48 is panel lines. I might consider painting the feet, gunpod and intake covers a metallic color for a more "realistic" look. My painting skills are hit & miss. Sometimes I'm an artist and other times my 7 year old nephew can paint better lol

I not only threw mine in the garbage, I tortured them first with drill, hammer, box cuttter and cigarette lighter and then I threw them in the garbage. Horrible, horrible things and a complete waste of money IMO, although many others will disagree. Graham The only torture I gave was a flight into the wall. Then followed by my foot smashing them. Then one more flight into the garbage can.... 3pts!! Ah who said I'm almost 30 lol

Saw it last night/this morning at 12:01 AM.....pretty good... a few complaints etc but overall enjoyable. I really didn't like how they started the film.... Its wierd when a movie is 3 hours plus and yet it still feels incomplete. BTW do most theaters still use film? The theater I was at, the film melted a 1/3 of the way through lol Not too many happy theater goers at 1:30 AM. About 15 minutes later it was back on. What's wierd is that the other half of the theater(9 screens) the film melted too in a different spot. Spiderman 2 Trailer was playing with it. Good stuff.
