Ya MXC really needs some "new" episodes. But I'll probably catch some of tomorrows marathon. -
So is Shenmue 3 actually coming out? I liked the first two(I'm still playing the Dreamcast version of the second) but they both bombed. Maybe Ryo will be replaced with Bill Gates this time around. "I'm looking for sailors" "Have you seen any sailors"
-
The Jericho bit was the best thing on RAW last night. Trish shows her true colors lol and Shelton winning was cool too.
-
Well the X-box is 149.99 now. When its 99.99 I might buy it. Now if I only had the time and more money to buy games http://ebgames.com/ebx/default.asp
-
Toy-Wave has a pic of the VF-1J Max in the dealers section

That bad? I guess I'll wait until its 19.99 or lower lol Imagine Dynasty Warriors.... now strip it of everything that makes the series even remotely fun, now add Panzer Dragoon to the mix, but strip it of everything that made it remotely fun. Now add Evangelion to it, but strip its story of any coherence (as if it was really necessary). Now, put all that in a game engine that would be a shame to look at even 10 years ago, along with stiff gameplay, bad voice acting and fighting the same enemies over and over again.... and you get Drakengard. But what pisses me off so much... is that Square, that can compose master pieces of music like Chrono Cross and FFX OST... managed to produce quite possibily the worst sound track of any game to date. The game has 3 songs, 1 for the intro, 1 for all the lvs, and 1 for menu. Oh well that's more money for Samurai Warriors then. I'll get Drakengard when its cheap then.

The US versions were. I had the import Japanese and the US versions. There were noticeable differences. For example: the import version of Cloud's sword was hard and pointy...the US version the sword was soft and bendy. Same goes for Aerith's staff. The Japanese version, the staff was hard plastic. The US version was soft, rubbery. The US figures themselves were softer and fell apart easier. Do those figures still sell high on ebay? I sold a Sephiroth figure for almost 70.00 and Red XIII for almost 50.00 a few years ago.

Here ya go, its a home made warhammer with the Godhand symbols carved into it. Great for fans of the Berserk anime/manga series....what a moron 150.00 BIN 200.00 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...54&category=475

I always thought that "feature" was kinda dumb. Too bad the nosecone wasn't hinged so it could open without fully being removed.
-
lol Virgil and Lou Ferrigno are always at the Wizard World in Chicago. Virgil just sits at a table with a TV playing old WWF video of himself. Lou for years went unoticed until the Hulk movie came out but I suspect he'll be relegated back to "who's that guy" status. lol
-
Ya hes left the same exact message 3 times that I'm aware of His new statement Great point. I'm banned lol

This the place that actually makes them(I think). You can find them a bit cheaper if you look around. I've found the stands at places like Hobby Lobby. http://www.mycreativedisplays.com/main.php3?primNavIndex=1&

With the push that GITS SAC is getting I wouldn't be surprosed if this game comes to US. The first one did and hell the Lupin PS2 game is being released here, the GITS game would be a no brainer. some talk of the game over at gamefaqs http://gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/data/919632.html

Ya I have that one. Its alright. The LOTR action figures are decent overall. Most of them you can find dirt cheap. The 12 inch dolls/figures are kinda ugly though. The Ring Wraith is the best. The LOTR mini figures are way over priced. And speaking of GMC. My parents have a POS '99 Suburban. Blown head gasket and burned out fuel pump in less than 5 years. My(original owner) '92 Yukon 2 door with 150,000 miles on it runs great. But I think my next truck will be a Ford F-150 or 250.
-
The new Kenshiro and Raoh Fist of the North Star figures from Kaiyodo are decent. Is the Gungrave figure from Kaiyodo? That figure is awesome. Kaiyodo did a Spike Spigel figure...what a POS. It would slightly lean to the right. One day it fell over just leaving the feet on the base lol And the Vampire Hunter D action figure from Koto is good. The 12 inch doll sucks ass though. I was never a fan of their Amored Core figures.

Ditto for me. Easily the toy I was most disappointed with. Thankfully I can recycle it to a friend. He wants it badly(Escaflowne freak) but doesn't have the money. Guess what he's getting for his birthday. I'd blow mine up if I could and send what's left to Toycom/Yamato. But ya see my wife is a big Escaflowne fan and I'd be sleeping on the couch and celibate lol. What a horrible toy/display piece. Yamato should have experimented with removable/exchangable parts . The only good thing was the high I got off the fumes. Reminded me of the days of smokin up
-
Welcome to the MW red silk. I dunno why Yamato chose to go this route with VF-0. Maybe a test to see if a bigger version would have enough interest. Like most OVA's, Macross Zero ain't setting the world afire. Yamato has done a good job on the sculpt of the ugly VF-0.
-
Well HHH back to RAW and Kurt Angle the new GM of Smackdown
-
Here are some: The worst of late is the Yamato Escaflowne. What piece a crap after all that waiting. Guymelef mode is a floppy mess. Too hard to transform. Most McFarlane toys. They look great in the package but once they are out they turn to crap. Some of my Spawn figures just fell apart over time. My NASCAR figures will stay in their packages. The 12 inch Vampire Hunter D doll from Kotobuikya. The 1/10 action figure was cool. The 12 inch version should have been made like the action figure. Instead its in a pleather(fake leather) outfit with no detail or sculpt. The forearms/hands and calves/feet just push on over the outfit. The first version of the medicom Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop doll. Just junk. Goofy looking oversized head Can't stand. Hands are too big and gangly. But on the otherside. The 18 inch Spider-Man figure is awesome. Probably my best purchase for the money(24.99) in awhile. The Gungrave figure is a great action figure too just a little expensive (40.00-50.00).
-
Ya it can but what can ya do. Most likely I'm not buying it. We'll see... I'm not huge fan of the VF-0(I like the fighter mode but the other two modes are just god awful)and Macross Zero.
-
I think they would be too fragile on this size of the VF-0. A bigger scale VF-0 would be a different story.

IIRC there was magazine scan with an early prototype that said 4000 yen approx. Current exchange rate as of today. 4,000.00 JPY Japan Yen = 37.4356 USD United States Dollars Ah Graham beat me to it lol if its 4400 yen 4,400.00 JPY Japan Yen = 41.1807 USD United States Dollars http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert.cgi
