I was kinda interested in buying a 1/48 Miria when I got the cash but now I think I will pass..

Ya Toycom is the American branch of Yamato. On each of their websites, they both have links to each others websites. Most of Yamato's toys released here just have a Toycom sticker slapped on them and about 1/2 or 2/3 the price of the Japanese release. I'm addicted to Berserk action and minifigures lol

But HBK vs Benoit on RAW this past Monday was very good until the asshat, HHH showed up. I don't get WWE's writing/booking sometimes. Its not like HHH needed more heat from the fans...And its offical JR is Harry Carry reincarinated lol The Kane kidnapping Lita angle is nothing new. The Undertaker did this angle a few times IIRC. And the one feud that's turning out good is the Jericho vs Christian and the gang. I guess sitting through weeks of torture with Trish's bad acting was worth it....wait no it wasn't lol. She does look pretty good though. I like her as a heel. She can slap me around anytime

You're assuming Bandai cares about Macross in the US. They seem to barely care about it in Japan(which is probably a reflection of Macross's status in Japan).

Toynami having the logo is nothing new really. They used it to sell the Macross labeled super posables. On the box and on their old website. Maybe a deal has been reached and the 1/48s are coming stateside with Harmony Gold logos on the boxes

May is going to kill the funds for a bit. In May, I have mother's day, my sisters birthday, my wife's birthday, my dad's birthday and my mom's birthday the first week of June. I don't think they'd want Macross stuff lol. Plus I'm going on vacation this month... bye money.. I'll probably buy 1 VF-0. I'm kinda curious about it. I'm not really a fan of the Battroid or Gerwalk mode though. The stand? Maybe one. I'll wait for feedback on that one. The 1/60 GBP-1J is another maybe. I swore I'd never buy a 1/60 again since they turn into floppy junk.

No man, it aint that way... When I was 6 I was watching Transformers, Macross, and GI JOE... Now 6 year olds watch Pokemon, U-G-oh, and the Winkies. Super sissy. I'm not so sure if having Optimus Prime or GI Joe as role models actually made boys into more well socially adapted males or manly men. My personal experience is that every guy I met who still is a Transformers or GI Joe fan is either : A) living in their parents basement B) afraid of women C) a virgin D) all of the above lol

And back in the 1980's there were probably guys our age seeing kids playing with Transformers etc and thinking "why are those kids playing with those gay looking robots" lol But I do agree with most of what you have to say about this matter. I see it with my nephew sometimes. For example, my nephew's little league, they didn't keep score for the first few years so that all the kids wouldn't feel bad if they lost..... My nephew wasn't very excited about baseball until they started keeping score.

As others have said, I'd like to see some sort of OVA side story that takes place during SW1. Like Gundam MS 08 Team(the only Gundam show I really like). During the two year period that's not covered in the original series would be a good start. Or the VFX storyline and of course to finally find the Megaroad One. So there are some options. It just doesn't look like there's gonna be anything after Zero for awhile, if ever...

I paid around 50.00 including shipping from twin moons. Last time I looked on ebay they were around 40.00 before shipping. The import version(like if you bought it from HLJ) was around 100.00 IIRC. Its a great figure. The sculpt is awesome and posability even with the coffin attached is pretty good. Worth 50.00? no but all anime toys are overpriced.
