and Roys head with the clear hair

heres a pic of them next to each other. Roy's hair is barely clear.

The only one from the clear set that actually looks clear is the Misa figure. Sara sort of and Basara its almost the same as the regular. The clear Roy I have the hair is just painted a different color. Really not clear at all. The Minmay figure just has lighter hair but it doesn't appear to be clear. So is the lighter haired Minmay considered the Standard or the /Transparant Special figure? How do I know which Roy hair is the Standard and which is the transparant/special? Sorry to be a pain, I am just trying to sort this out before I drop some cash on these things, Thanks again For Roy the only way to tell is that the color of the hair for the "clear" version doesn't match his sideburns that are painted on the side of his head. I'll post some pics shortly. and for minmay I think the dark hair version is the normal version.

I think Yamato should skip the Max Q-rau. Its only seen for a few seconds and if ya blink you'll miss it. I do like my Red Millia Q-rau from DYRL. I'm glad Yamato made it. Its in some of my favorite parts of the movie so I dig it alot. I wouldn't mind seeing a purple one too. I'd like to see a TV green Millia Q-rau too. Chances are it will happen. I would think Yamato will want to maximize the use of molds.

So that's the difference in the price? That Milia figure that came with the Q-rau isn't worth 2000-3000 yen.

The Max Q-rau looks good but I doubt I will buy one. Unless I can find it dirt cheap of course lol

Mine showed up today. Not bad. I like them. Painting is a little sloppy. A few random paint marks here & there on some of the figures. The ratio for females to male figures is the same as the last set 4 to 1 lol anyone want my Basara figures lol?

Ya ugly lol. ugh that battroid mode is beyond hideous. If I buy a 1/100 scale VF-0 it will stay in fighter mode. Thanks for the link CF.

What's wrong with Funimation? I mean they only change the dialogue, release episodes out of order, change titles and names etc. What more could an North American anime fan ask for? Lets see. I painted my Jetfire Testors blue with a brush. And then later painted it Testors grey with a brush over the blue. And then Jetfire became a really great swimming pool toy!!! Then after that I set Jetfire a blaze...to create battle damage of course...he turned kinda brown & black...with grey and blue highlights moron lol

Blaspheeemer!!! The VF-1 is the most holy and sacred of the masters creations...bow to the Holy Froating Head and ask for forgivness. Maybe he'll only burn you just a little... j/k lol We've been beaten over the head with the VF-1 and I'm glad were finally moving on to other toys. I'm not a huge fan of the VF-0 but I do like the fighter mode. I'll probably pick up a 1/100 VF-0.

Cool I'll buy these. Macross character figures have been lacking throughout the years and I'm going to buy everyone I can that comes out now. But I'll say (I'm sure it will be said again & again), something like this should have came with the 1/60 Q-rau in the first place.
