Bingo. That's why I dropped out of the hobby. I didn't feel I was getting my money's worth anymore. And thanks to Godzilla and toysaddict for explaining the process. I deal with importing/exporting and every cost under the sun has gone up alot in the last couple of years.

There might have been. I remember when the first 1/48 Hikaru VF-1A came out some members reported missing side covers, snapping canopy hinges, and feet that didn't ratchet.

Ya if they are redoing SOTN why would they "hide" it? I'll miss "What is a man" "Have at you"(or something like that) Maybe they'll include dual audio so we can have the original mess I wonder if this remake of SOTN will later become a PS3 download?

I've been done Yamato toys for awhile. I just felt I wasn't getting my money's worth anymore. For the price, the quality is just not there. 200.00 for DIY fix it up YF-19? No thanks. I love the YF-19 but who needs the aggrivation. The SV-51 is an overpriced nightmare waiting to happen. Ya I've heard all excuses Macross is a niche' market, Yamato is a small company etc.. The one thing that bugs me about Macross toys is that there is no middle ground. You either have junky gashapons or high end toys.

Actually 50.00 for a dildo ain't too bad...some of them are pretty expensive or so I hear Yamato just should have sold the complete set from the start. Fans have waited for awhile for a new YF-19, what's a couple of more months? oh I forgot... some fans have less patience than my 3 year old niece..

After buying an MPC Alpha(my first Toynami purchase) that broke right out of the box and came with chipped paint...uum no thank you.
