Its good...that's all If you like Tekken, you'll like it. Graphics look good but not as good as VF5 though. But Tekken is more of just an upgrade than a whole new game. But unlike VF5, Tekken is fun to play. The VF series is boring. Online play for Tekken is ok. There is some lag. And waiting around for a match to start can get boring.

I would think this would come over here a little cheaper..Bandai Visual USA cheap ya right The first GITS movie on Blu-ray...I'm glad I had a 50.00 credit when I bought it. It ain't worth 7800 yen before shipping. Looks slightly better than the SD region 2 DVD it comes with. IIRC it doesn't even have 5.1. sound. I think it is 2.0 English and Japanese Dolby surround.

Ya my parents are the same way. In their mid 60's. No computer skills whatsoever. But they still buy DVDs. DLC wouldn't interest them. They did get an HDTV recently. Guess who had to set that up and explain their new DISH HD service lol DLC might work for movies eventually. Technology is moving faster than peoples buying/spending habits. If they can keep the same quality for DLC movies I'd buy some. I hope movies don't end up like the music industry's shitty MP3s.

Ya me too. DMC 4 isn't the ballbuster that 3 was. DMC 4 is good. Gameplay is solid but the game as a whole really doesn't offer anything new.

A new Macross game? If a good developer and publisher is interested. But since its an anime based game...it has more potential to be awful. Before the Macross PS2 game from Sega came out, I'd considered RT Battlecry to be the best 3D Macross game. The escort missions were just a pain. I'm sorry(well no I'm not) but the 3D Macross games for the PSone, Dreamcast and Macross VO for the PC are all terrible. Take off those rose colored Macross glasses.

ya I'm starting to get that way too. HD is losing its "wow" factor and stuff in SD is just crap. Edge enhancement doesn't bother me yet...yet I have a 1080p 46" Samsung LCD .
