When the windows get blown all of the shots from outside the bulding until batman and lau is in the plane is in imax birds eye view of the first establislhg shot of the police march I think the entire harvey dent transport scene up to joker captured by gordon saving batman was in imax batman infront of the burned building where Rachel died.
