I used the Masterfile for mine, though I left some off because certain decals are impossible to clip correctly (like the little yellow hooks). I also used the NUNS because the black UN Spacey doesn't show up as well and the rough edges show up more than on the clearer white decals.

For some reason they're selling the Retro Mysterio on his own. Frankly I don't see the point. Well, I take that back. I guess for anybody who wants a carded version in the retro 90's packaging it makes sense. I just had the displeasure of attempting to dust off my collection and made it to the 31 shelf. I know we've ragged Yamcadia time and again for the awful 17/19 ankles but, to be honest, from the 171 to the 31 NONE of Bandai's joints (not just the ankles) will hold up. Unless you leave it alone in fighter mode none of the joints are safe on these things.
