    I didn’t think Destro was much of an improvement and I’m pretty happy with Cobra Commander as he is now. I’d only buy one’s that are specifically the Ninja’s (because I always get those) or figures I feel are absolutely superior. This was also easier to pre-order than a Hasbro figure…

    Mezco Thanos and SHF Avengers Assemble Thor arrived while I was out of town this week. They both look great but have some unfortunate pose-ability issues. I will not use the Infinity Gauntlet on Thanos, the connection point is the stupidest design possible and it will not stay on. Incredible sculpting though, especially that grinning face.

    I just got confirmation Mezco Thanos finally shipped. Sixteen month wait.

    I got my MK-V in the mail today. The neck design is frakking stupid and it already broke.

    Mezco did what Hasbro hasn’t been willing to, treat Mr Fantastic like he’s two figures. Shame nobody has figured out Johnny and Sue need to be treated the same way.

    As a big fan of Deathscythe I find the Lovelance Heaven oddly compelling. The Barbataurus looks interesting too.

    So would you recommend the XL version? I'm pretty happy with my mini D'Deridex.

    Your mileage may vary with how straight Nacelles, etc... are but I'm pretty happy wit the one I have here. STO I'm not particularly enthused by but I do think the two I just got are great and should be canonical. I think the upgraded Klingon ship makes a nice transition from the Negh'var, actually.     Got my XL Nebula Class in the mail today. Eaglemoss always has to goof something and this time it’s the stand, it causes the nacelles to slightly bend up and out. Otherwise it’s actually a pretty great model.

    Just got the Eaglemoss STO Bortasqu’ and Aelahl. I pretty much hate every Federation design they’ve ever made but they seem to nail the progression of the Klingon’s and Romulans every time. Bortasqu’ has some soft details unfortunately but the Aelahl is amazing in sculpt and paint detail.
