I'm looking forward to your wing missile attachments.

Weren't we told the Super Parts were coming in August/Sept? If they're now bundled with the 17D does that mean the 17D is also due around that time as well?

Upgrade parts? Am i going to need to get a fourth C now?

I must be confusing one form of "massage" for another...

Interesting. Based on the box art there I think Fighter and Gerwalk look pretty good with the packs but Battroid is so chunky they almost look obscured.

Has Yamato ever released a box with a hand drawn image before? That seems like a temporary design until they can get a full painted toy put in place of that drawing. Maybe it will still be the same scheme which doesn't offend me in any way though the cream colored nose is pretty much the one to get for all the Hikaru fans.

Unfortunately the 11C's have a problem with the gunpod sitting crooked. I have three of them every one of them has this issue.

Small bag in the bottom of the box.

Sometimes while projects are still in development the product can look far more advanced/futuristic then final, streamlined production versions.

Same principles, in some instances, but then that's true of most games. Fez is infinitely more fun then that little Flash game you posted. It was also in development a lot longer. Besides, moving 2D planes around isn't a new concept as Paper Mario has been doing this sort of thing for a decade.

There was an "How do you like your 11C (and B)" thread floating around for quite awhile not too long ago.

I'm also wondering if the need for Super Parts is relegated to those of us on this message board. It does seem like, if anything, anybody who wants a DYRL Valk also wants the Super Parts though. Other then for Max and Milia's 1J's I'm not sure there's as big a push for TV versions.

The Amazing Spider-Man, on Blu-Ray/DVD Nov. 9, 2012
Mommar replied to areaseven's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
There was a point in time where they did bring up the fact Peter's parents were some sort of special agents who were killed and he wound up getting caught up in it. In the Ultimate-version his Dad was a scientist. They've kinda cherry-picked between different universes with this one from what I can tell. It's not so much "Daddy issues" as it is that he never knew his parents and is curious about them. -

I think the movie looks good but the costume does not film well at all. -
I wonder why they've pushed it back?

I guess it makes sense to re-release both Roy and Hikaru's Valks as they pretty much always sell out. The VF1-A Cannon Fodder though... that's always on sale at HLJ. It's like they can't get rid of those things. Why re-release more? And why would HLJ agree to sell them? Unless at this point making the VF-1's is so cheap for Yamato that buying them and letting them sit on shelves and sell for $40 is actually making HLJ money now. And why not pack all of the DYRL Valks with the Fast packs? Unless they've totally given up on making them, which would make sense considering we really can't buy them individually from anywhere anymore.

Have you seen that other shop Veef referenced in his VF-1 replacement shoulders thread? Maybe you would have better luck with those guys?

Even with the dim lighting that is a far darker shade of blue. Still looks good, just different. Right now I'd say it far more resembles the actual animation it's based off of rather then that much lighter shade of blue we saw in earlier pics. Either way, if it looks like this or like the earlier photos I'm still happy with my pre-order.

If you've got the money to spare investigating this other place I think, at the very least, it would be an interesting discussion/comparison academically. We may find a better way to fix/improve/create new parts if we all know the differences/strengths/etc... of the various types of shops out there.

I don't have a problem with the raised portions along the surface but the basic shape/proportion of the cruiser is completely/ridiculously wrong.

That is the most sane size chart where everything looks consistent I have ever seen.

I dunno about that. I'm perfectly happy with plain vanilla fighters. But in DYRL ALL of the Valks had them on more often then not.
