I wish I had the editing skills to back up what I'm talking about in terms of a "better" scheme then the official one's already in use. Maybe to accommodate transformation? Those two particular missiles do wind up in a cramped part in Battroid.

I don't have that book but the blue and orange both look much more subdued then any of the other versions I've seen. Even still, Max has always had Blue/White. I'm not sure why this thing has Orange instead, but it seems like if you wanted to do a Max Version that was all blue you could add some white highlights and it would look fine Considering Millia never had a Valk with a scheme like Max's original variant wouldn't it make more sense to paint it mostly Red with White trim/highlights like her 1J?

Oh, technically she can hold a tune near perfect. But I don't actually like the sound of her voice... and all of her lyrics are pretty retarded. -
That's an interesting take... though I think the shoulders area a LITTLE too blue. The M3 version is practically all blue with these little orange stripes everywhere. Does not look good.

Something about the surfaces and the lighting used. Definitely doesn't look like the finish of a real plan to me.

I'm a huge fan of Max (have all of his Valks) and blue planes in general but I wouldn't buy a Max VF-4 Variant. It's a terrible color scheme in my eyes.

I was thinking that based on the preview images I had seen that the photos were much better then the previous books. Then Veef posted that last Ark Royals one, which looks horribly polygonal and fake. It's a nice paint scheme though.

I thought I was going to primarily leave this thing in Fighter because I like how the older model 19's look with the longer wings look but Battroid is looking damn good right now. Looking at those two Gerwalk photos it appears the Ankles are back a lot farther then is possible (without ruining them) on the 19S (possibly the F too?)

Other than the Alto being semi-easy to find after pre-orders were up, once it was known the quality on the V2's was good there has been next to zero chance of getting one after pre-order runs for Ozma, the 171 (there was a small window), the reissued 29 and (again, except for this tiny window now apparently) the G. It's pretty much a guarantee there won't be additional units unless Bandai magically figured out what it's done wrong with the other releases. Better safe to assume you won't be finding one for under $400 for the time being if you haven't already pre-ordered.

Both my 22 Gamlin and Max have that floppy wing issue as well. I opened them up and tightened/untightened the screws as directed by somebody here but i still couldn't get them adjusted properly.

That's too bad, I thought the idea of a Hybrid (thinking of the 11/19 one) for testing sounded pretty cool.

There have been no widepsread cases of breakage on the 19 that I'm aware of. The first release people didn't realize the upper thigh only clicked three times instead of four and people were forcing it (which is not the toys fault) and breaking it. Otherwise, except for the few of us Gerwalk fans who HATE the ankles inability to angle back as far as we like, my 19S has survived almost a year without any issues and my 19F seems just as solid. I tend to be Mr. Gentle though. Some of the transformation videos I see people make around here make me wince to watch. I also tend to think males don't realize that even when they think they're being gentle they're still being too rough.
