I don't understand. What is it about the hips you're seeing that makes them so crazy? -

You know I never realized that version of the 17 was ever animated. It's part of the Mac 7 package, what are the odds Yamato could/would make them (yeah right.) -

I think it looks perfect the way it is. -
I wonder why they're working in the 3000? They already built the models but they aren't funded well enough to pop out a book on them alone? Or there aren't anymore VF-1 books to stuff them in? Hopefully they'll et some of the other books/fighters out. They already have CG models for the 11, 17, 171, 21/22, 27, 29 from the other four books. Seems like they could slap together a few more from all of that. Too bad they couldn't get a VF-4 one out in time for 2012 either. I like the images they have there so far. Looks like they're getting better at lighting their own images. Some of those VF-1/19 pics were pretty horrible in terms of visibility.

Wasn't this supposed to be released yesterday?

What was this game? Infinite Space? I haven't heard of this. What was it like? I think they're banking on the fact you already have (possibly had, which is a hole in their theory) a Wii... so you don't need any of those Wiimotes.- 6756 replies

I seem to run out of ammo faster. But then it's harder to aim on this old crappy substitute I'm playing on.
-
That would be a tough one to figure out since they originally said they've padded out/added stuff to the later half of the story and, somehow, have managed to bloat it up more recently from being two movies to being it's own trilogy.

I guess a minor nitpick, they were never going to able to top that awesome intro from the first game. As much as i like what they tried, and the song they used, not nearly the fun impact of the first. Is it just me or does this second one seem a lot harder? Ammo is not nearly as plentiful. You're pretty much forced to pick up and use lesser weapons... unless the resolution on my game has to be set so low (Friday... but probably Monday to fix that) I can't actually see some of the ammo clips? LOL

I just cancelled the order with that place. Wound up paying $300 more but I'll have my new computer Monday (looks like.) I did, however, find out that Borderlands 2 is actually playable on a six year old, buggy desktop with a video card that's only 256MB (their minimum specs are 512mb) but only if you turn everything off and run it in... wait for it, 640x480.

Even though I'm never an active participant because I'm neither knowledgeable about artistry or aviation I do enjoy watching these bits of emergent problem solving from the artist/engineers on this board. -
Why is everyone a fan of the Tornado Packs on the G version?
-
Nope. Nothing else to play it on. And to top it off I ordered a new laptop and paid extra for rush build/delivery and I'm being told parts are on back-order and I have to wait until at least October 1st for the thing to ship.

I pre-loaded that on my laptop that then died Saturday night...

Everyone keeps talking about missiles in the legs but aren't those technically missile tubes in the shoulders? The elongated "gem" design has been the classic way Kawamori has always designated where internal missile holdings were. -

Don't listen to anime2k, I like your idea. At the very least the fact you tried to think of a solution. -
Huh, I must be one of the few who doesn't want this at all. Other then some decent looking versions of Star Wars vehicles and the potential setting from the Empires perspective I don't want to see Tie Fighters with Gundam Pilots in Gundam Cockpits again. The actual cockpits from the movies are interesting enough and the tactics they would have had to use to corral fighters would have been interesting. Just a bunch of "anime" manoeuvrings, especially that silly non-sense with the Tie Bomber completely changing planes while flying. It's an interesting display of animation prowess but this isn't what I want from Star Wars at all.

The thing about the "Deal" on the 25G is... unless you were right there, you could only get it at NY.

I just got my invoice too... really wish it hadn't come the morning after my Laptop died.

Maybe a front, but higher, view of Gerwalk as well? I like what I see here. -

I'm not as particular about these things as others seem to be. Between the Wii, 360 and PC I've had plenty of things to play (that doesn't even include hand helds, not to mention my life outside of video games.) So the "no games" thing never bothered me and I'm not tired of things like Mario platformers either (though I will admit Skyward Sword is the first Zelda game I've never completed.) And since my PC has had better graphics then EVERY console ever the complaint the system is underpowered holds no water for me, I'm interested in seeing who comes up with fun things for the tablet controller. I will say that right off the bat the fact it's backwards compatible but does not upscale is a HUGE missed opportunity as the Dolphin Emulator has proven again and again that most of the games would look gorgeous with just a bit of AA, that could have been a big selling point. Better hardware, new controller backwards compatible AND your whole old library looks better on that new TV. Oh well. I've got the money (right now) so I pre-ordered a WiiU. We'll see how it goes. After not being fond of the DS or Wii NSMB games I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy NSMB2 on the 3DS so hopefully that will continue on with the WiiU. I know people have been knocking the touch screen mechanic but I can see the perfect scenario how that would work. My Mom used to watch my brother and I play video games and she always wanted to help when we had issues but she was deftly afraid to touch a controller. I'd bet with a touch screen and some platform generation she would have been fine... coincidence, that's exactly what NSMBU does. It's another way to get non-gamers to try different things and play with each other.- 6756 replies

Wow, my VF-17S is in almost the EXACT same pose as yours there. Nice crouch for the 19 too. I hadn't thought to try that out. My ordinarily nice, clean office has gone completely off course now because of these new valks. Well, ever since the two 171's and the spare 1J. Now I'm up to a pile of valks on a completely different piece of furniture (double 171's, 1J, 1A Cavalier, 0A... ahem, for customizing Kurisama) and I'm running out of room with the 25G, 17D, 19P and 4 coming up. I managed to squeeze my 19F on to the other shelf luckily.

That wasn't my question. That being said if it's meeting expectations does that mean a FB2012 scheme could be coming? They know people will shell out for the VF-4 now.
