    The problem is the HDP kit didn't sell very quick. I doubt they'd attempt a toy now. Though I do agree with you, I'd like a completed one. Though at this point I'm dipping my toe in to customizations, I'm too late to track down an HDP kit even if I were willing to take the initiative now. So VF-4 related. I'd also like to know what the ankles are made of and if they also suffer from a lack of backward mobility like the two Mac7 Valks do or if Yamato figured out a better way to implement the ankles instead? Having the VF-4 in a tighter crouch in Gerwalk would be nice to see.

    There we go. That first pic absolutely answers my question about the flaps on the underside. Like Exo said, just leave the inner flaps down to make room for the thighs. Not ideal looking but likely the only real solution other than leaving a gap there in the other two modes.

    That's confusing though. The translation from the website last week said that Mr K didn't recommend removing them because they're fragile. I guess that's doesn't exclude the fact they're removable but I was under the impression that was a bad idea. Originally I figured it wouldn't be covered at all.

    LMAO! I wish I were in for three, all three modes look awesome. Please let them make some other schemes (that I like.) How is the weight distribution in all three modes, and why are there no Gerwalk photos? Huh, I just counted. I have fifteen of the 24 1/60 VF-1's in that case.

    After seeing all of these toy pics Gerwalk on the VF-4 has been growing on me too. It happened with the VF-17 as well after having the toy.

    Is the ring supposed to light up on the pad? Mine never has either, I didn't know it was supposed to. Though looking at it now it's the type of button design that would feature such things.

    Huh, I haven't had a shoulder joint problem. Mine stems from that short double jointed elbow piece.

    Good point. For some reason I never noticed that. Maybe they feel there's enough turnout at the thigh that it wasn't necessary? That might screw over Gerwalk in the end, but I think this one has even less fans then the VF-19.

    Alright, I am jumping guns that haven't been lined up yet. Just being pedantic I guess.

    Hmm, not exactly ideal but all things considered that's a relatively small price to pay. Though now that I think about it if it were hinged to the outer hinge you could fold the outer hinge back down with the inner one stacked atop that and not have this odd issue at all. But it's easy to be a Monday Morning Quarterback, especially about engineering.

    My 17S also has this problem. I tried messing with the tightness of the screws holding it but that didn't work. If anybody else has found a solution I'd like to hear it too.

    So are you speculating that in Gerwalk you would fold the outer covers back down but the inner would still be folded up and hidden behind the thighs?

    Thanks for the translation. I just can't see where they fold back to. It looks like for the photos they may have removed them for visual purposes though. Sounds like this thing is more popular than speculated. I'd wager the reason why they pushed back all of the other releases is so they could manufacture as many of these as possible, not expecting this many pre-orders I suppose.

    I can't see them. Where are you seeing this? The hinges remain, but I don't see where the flaps wind up.

    Are those covers for the thighs in Fighter mode optional pieces? After they show them being flipped up every pic afterward they're removed. And I can't fathom how they could close/transform once in Gerwalk.

    Most of those reviews are completely retarded. It's true, they aren't reviewing the game as it is. They're reviewing it like it's CoD, which it was never meant to be. Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them are used to FPS-type games that do all of the hand holding so they can't actually die and they don't like the fact this one is kicking their asses. This game is not friendly to you at all. It's Dark Souls levels of "figure it out stupid... well, looks like you died."
