    I'm still trying to figure out why Gakken thinks "electro" is the term for all electronic music when it is in fact a subgenre that neither Teki Latex or Daft Punk have touched ever.

    Except Sony hasn't actually said they won't have a similar system implemented. They've been very careful how to word if you can buy used games but they haven't outright said, "no, we don't have this system" and there's been rumors since the beginning of the year that the PS4 would implement a similar system. We'll see. Right now it's both their games to lose, though to most people it probably won't matter one way or another.

    Considering you 1) compared LotR books to The Hobbit movie, which are two completely mediums and 2) compared the LotR books to The Hobbit which, while sharing characters and settings, are different stories with different audiences your response about neither having women makes no sense. Drawing comparisons between a second series of books (which I also found boring to read) and a Movie based on a book that isn't even part of LotR and is made by a Film Maker who is known for blowing stories up to ridiculous proportions (King Kong should NEVER be three hours) your original comparison is out of context. Yeah, there aren't many women in the books. There doesn't always have to be women in every story though.

    That's why I'm saying that except for very specific parts of it, like all of the titles for all of the Macross series, the rest of it will likely have to be tampo'd because putting a giant waterslide in the places they have some of the images just wouldn't work. As it stands tampo in some of those places is pretty dangerous.

    Growing up in Albuquerque I was never exposed to either a Robotech Branded or Transformers branded VF-1/Jetfire. Maybe they do feel really good, I don't know. My first exposure to an actual transforming VF-1 was the Toynami one from the early 2000's. I never saw a transforming VF-1 before then.

    LotR and The Hobbit are two different series.

    Considering that giant 30th Anniversary logo pretty much is required for the entire scheme to work I highly doubt that's a "marking." I guarantee you that's going to be straight tempo'd on.

    The issue isn't that it's TV white, the issue is that the inside of the chest pieces are both black so it would make sense for the covers to also be black.

    To be honest never having owned a 1/55 I have no nostalgia for it at all. I really don't feel like it holds it's own at all. Then again, not owning a 1/48 I think it's proportions, other than having the head in the correct lower spot on the neck, really looks very good either.

    If HG were to reach out to "Arcadia" now about the VF-1's it's possible they could reach out about other Macross items and have enough combined fans for something like the Monster to be feasible cost wise (yeah right, the Robotech fans whine about things costing $60 already.)

    You know with the upper and lower parts of the foot lit up it looks pretty good like that really. Considering none of the rest of us on the planet have a 1/60 Yammie with feet that light up at all you're already way ahead of the curve.

    Being web-exclusive I'm pretty sure they're pulling a VF-4. Made to order and that's it. The only thing sitting on shelves will be either "used" or a few pre-orders that were never filled. Just like what we saw with the VF-4.

    You mean a "clean" RVF-25 and a Super Packed RVF-25 aren't enough? To be honest the RVF-25 in Battroid minus the Super Packs is pretty cool looking in it's own right.
