  1. Why would the middle of the tail fins be hinged? It wasn't the two points attaching i had a problem with, it was the fact the gunpod wasn't angled forward.
  2. I understand you want a VF-11C but I can't see why they would ever bother releasing one again. They languished on shelves as it was for years. They aren't sellers at all, and with the way prices are going they aren't going to get cheaper.
  3. See that close up of the wing. Those hard points are very 171-ish. Actually, they look like they're recessed better.
  4. There are some benefits aren't there?
  5. I don't have any of my boxes anymore. Moving will be a real trip for me if/when it happens.
  6. I still find it interesting they went with the Isamu scheme next. Wouldn't it make more sense for them to make Ozma? Wasn't he more popular and certainly more well known to the Japanese right now?
  7. Good, they're terrible at keeping a cohesive story held together. JJ's directing style is just perfect for Star Wars, things will be fast pace with banter and he can handle lots of effects shots, but his writers are all terrible (Star Trek could have benefited from keeping his writers away as well.)
  8. And this is a web exclusive so none of that ridiculous pre-order bs like last time, right?
  9. Those gray bits must be spots for magnets. The YF-19 doesn't have the benefit of those deep cut grooves to provide friction when folded down in Gerwalk/Battroid like the VF-19's do. Those tail fins are only on little pivots, magnets would help hold the wings down
  10. Why wouldn't the shoulders angle? It's necessary for transformation from Fighter to Gerwalk/Battroid that the shoulders angle to disengage from the back of the calf. The VF-19's already do it as a matter of necessity. It's cool Arcadia is stepping it up with wing hard points, etc... It's too bad that the old Yammie VF-19's didn't have that extra bit though. Some of the Master File photos of the 19F/S loaded with Reaction Missiles looked cool too.
  11. What are those two images supposed to be? They're not loading for me at all.
  12. Unless they're actually going to sell one separate the only problem with that is the Fold Boosters of old are all Yamato branded and I've never owned one because I could never find a set of Fast packs/Fold Booster that were a reasonable price.
  13. Bandai's stand is a useless piece of black plastic that let's you pose your Valk in exactly one fixed pose. This new one actually adjusts at several different spots. It's silly to keep harping on Arcadia for including a stand. They're not going to just duke one to you for free.
  14. I love this. All you hear is "Bandai includes a stand. How come Yamato never includes a stand." For the same price as a Bandai Valk Arcadia is including a stand. Now all we hear is, "why the frakk do we want a stand???"
  15. $300, like we've all been saying since we knew about the YF-19.
  16. Hmm, I don't remember the pilot moving into the head in the Robotech Books. Don't make me have to go back and read them to verify.
  17. Mr. K said they're going to release all variants again?
  18. I know it's not an official source but they had a side-by-side shot of the QF-2000 next to a QF-3000 in the VF-0 book. The 3000 was already bigger than the 2000. I'd think the X-9 would be just as big if not bigger than the 3000. Also, why didn't they include that stand with the 30th Anniversary version instead of the little, bent plastic one?
  19. It also shows the SDFM SDF-1, should we assume they're making one of those too?
  20. The pic with the stand looks especially shopped.
  21. FYI, when that turret pops up aerodynamics goes out the window too.
  22. That's four of us.
  23. Yeah, I do like the Icarus as well. The Metal Siren's Battroid looks cool but I don't care for the other two modes.
  24. That Ozma version is a custom model kit.
  25. Fair enough, what I mean is more prevalent.
