  1. I think the white on blue is more attractive than the Yellow, but to be fair the blue on the VF-19's are not bright at all. It's a pretty deep blue actually.
  2. It's funny how not too long ago people were speculating this was the end of the Golden Age of Macross toys... between the V3 YF-19 and sudden appearance of Bandai alternate schemes for the VF-25 and Isamu 29 it appears we may be getting a new round instead. Problem is we have all of these alt scheme visions in our eyes. Mr. K already said it's better to have a base color and let people modify as they like. I'm not sure if that means only one or two color schemes or that they're going to leave tampo off and let people paint or add decals for extra bits.
  3. I'm in for Isamu and an Ozma if they make one (which seems more and more likely.)
  4. Regardless if the fighter is a downgrade, that scheme looks pretty damn bad-ass and would make a sick counter point to the Low Viz 1S Yamato already made.
  5. yeah, but considering those pics are at least eight months old it would be nice to see some updated info on the 30, if it still exists.
  6. Well the CAD doesn't show hard points yet. I wonder if they've come up with some new way to attach the missiles or if the CAD hasn't been updated with that yet? Yeah, $300+.
  7. I just realized that they're advertising it specifically from Macross 30. Maybe there's still a chance for a YF-30 too?
  8. Hmm, this is kind of a bummer. I skipped the other YF-29's because I wasn't super fond of the color schemes. Now, this one comes along and it looks great but... it's the same as the YF-19. I don't know if I want two VF's with exactly the same scheme.
  9. While I like the scheme, no web exclusive YF-30 while we're at it?
  10. Hmm, I hope it's just bad encoding for the video because I do not like the production on that.
  11. What do you consider reasonable?

    HI METAL LOVE THREAD

If they had taken the Hi-Metal, blown it up, and fixed some of the proportions for fighter/gerwalk it would have been the definitive VF-1 for me. As it stands the Hi-Metal Battroid mode is my favorite of any VF-1 I've ever owned.
  13. You think someone there cued him in to all of the panic? lol
  14. Good point.
  15. This is getting more curious and confusing.
  16. Do I count as a hater too because I don't like a lot of the proportions? I'm still interested in seeing the engineering of how one goes together so I've considered buying it for that.
  17. The more I look at one of the Regult Kits the more I wish I had bought one. We don't get nearly enough photos of the kits bought by members here on the forums.
  18. The Battroid pics with the A head almost look alright. That S head looks like a little kid with a giant head wearing a helmet. Atrocious proportion there.
  19. That is not full Gerwalk. Besides, nobody ever said you couldn't stand it up in Gerwalk. We said it was tenuous, not balanced well. If you had a loose toe it would easily topple and you only had maybe one or two ways to splay the legs that worked. Quit pretending like we don't know how to pose the Valk. Gerwalk is my favorite mode and this one is terrible to try to pose in any way.
  20. True. When is Wonder Festival again? End of this month?
  21. That's not a rebuttal, that's childish nonsense.
