Size isn’t the only determining factor in price though. This looks like a VF-1 but the transformation is more complicated.

A bunch of Japanese fans are already asking for a 3000 now too. I chimed in praising them for making the obscure stuff the true fans want, then suggested a 1/3000 SDFM Macross.
-
Funny you say that. I was looking at the comments from the Japanese fans and they're making comments about how Arcadia is cool because they're will to sell Valks that aren't as commercially viable.
-
Wow, I did not expect this to be a thing. It's going to be one expensive thing, however, I can't imagine this is going to be a huge seller.

The Orville New Horizons June 2, 2022 Trailer
Mommar replied to Dobber's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
The first season was Family Guy with a Star Trek look. The second season often times drops the Family Guy pretense and will be a nearly straight Star Trek episode instead. Second season was significantly better than the first was. -
Episode 6. After reviewing the episode it’s the only other time they really show off Hayates skills in Battroid.

This is a tried and true mold, not new at all.

And people want Bandai to make a 21...
-
I’ve criticized his habit of sticking large objects at the end of long thin bits like huge engines on the end of the wings. But that is partly due to Bandai not being able to 1) engineer some sort of stabilization mechanism to compensate or 2) make lighter frakking add-ons.

I find it odd Kawamori came up with this dynamic weapon pod idea yet every implementation is inelegant and/or completely stupid looking.

To be honest the original story was already pretty dark and even the Disney version managed darkness in several spots.

I recall being scoffed at when I started questioning how they could keep pre-orders open so long when nobody else could and my suspicion was they were sourcing from other places. The apparently forwarded along Amazon box confirms what I was thinking because that sort of non-packing is classic AmazonJapan.
-
That’s very weird. My package from Luna Park was double wrapped in bubble wrap. It was the most protected box I ever received. I do wonder why an order from Lina Park came in an Amazon box though…

I’m still waiting for those Max and Millia variants of the VF-4 they teased back in 2018.

I’d disagree, if V had the budget of Discovery Season 1 I’d bet it would have been reviewed a lot better.

That's an excellent execution of a very basic design. The billy club spinning effect seems goofy but looks great in hand too. They've been hit and miss on the Marvel side but as far as Hush is concerned they've made the definitive version of everything so far, minus not giving Hush himself a proper cloth jacket like Gambit.

Nobody can seem to make a smiling/happy Superman face anymore. Also it's new 52 so shouldn't even exist...

The first hour the website didn’t work at all. Magically at 11 it was the easiest thing I’ve had to deal with for a pre-order in a long time.
