You're in luck, he's already said it isn't something that's already been made (VT-1) and they aren't ever making MacII stuff.
-
Except for that first quote, which actually analyzes the movie as it is, the rest of the reviewers seem to be reviewing this movie like it' Rocky/Raging Bull which it is not.

Well, they do seem to be releasing things in the order of highest popularity. Roy, Hikaru, soon to be Isamu. Not sure if they would re-release Basara but Mac7 was pretty popular as who else is popular from that show? We've already got Gamlin and Docker covered... and they didn't go over too well. So that leaves Mylene.

I'm starting to get the feeling it's the 11MAXL with all of this information.

I did forget about that one... and it's a Delta wing, which may have been a hint way back when the 19 was first being talked about. Actually, wasn't there also a Sheryl sitting alongside that 0D? A female singer and a delta wing... could it actually be this? Those two pieces of information fit.

Well then we can heavily narrow this down. If we only know of DYRL, M+ and M7 there's nothing left from DYRL they can make. If it's a new Valk never been done before then there isn't anything left in M+ but the VA-3, which could also include the VA-3C from M7. Then there's the VF-14 (also in M+), VF-5000 and some of the enemy Mecha (which seem to be skipped as they don't sell.) There really aren't many options here. One thing I will say is the most likely to have re-sculpts is the VF-14. VF-14 PLUS version, all of the Varuta versions and the M3 version. VA-3 and VF-5000 are limited.

While all of the TV speculation is cool would that really impress Kawamori? He's already seen the DYRL version so unless they've whipped out some amazing new mechanic we've never seen (or he's just REALLY a fan of the original design) I kind of doubt that's the one.

Why try harder?

DAMN! Good find... you aren't going to be using the decals pray-tell? -
Valkyrie Maestro and Captain Awesome.

I will say the look of the Valks is a bit of a let down design-wise. The rest is done extremely well for something not funded by Hollywood money, but that design is chunky/stubby and... does not look good.

Isamu's is my first 29. If they released an Ozma I'd be all over it.

Via Fed Ex they claim Monday here in New Mexico. Pre-ordered. Now the wait for the YF-30 pre-order begins...

The handle being loose was a random happening on Yamato Valks. Some of mine are really tight, others aren't. Does the Strike Cannon swivel in the movie? I don't remember that.

Yes there was a Gerwalk mode for the VF-14. It's stylize in this photo but pretty much looks like the mode in M3.

I'm not sure highlighting Mom's supernatural infidelities makes the case for behaving...

Pretty much all of the colors on this thing scream "I'm a toy!" I think their choice of tan is bad, it needed to be lighter, especially with that gloss plastic. And the three silly gem colors, at least make them all the same uniform color. Plus, the colors themselves are pretty garish. Actually, that canopy color is bright and garish as well. if the gems and canopy were colored more like the prototype pics we've seen for the YF-19's canopy this thing would all around look better.

1/48+fp's, 1/60+fp's, 1/72, 1/2k, 1/3k,1/100 and now 1/144
Mommar replied to VF-18S Hornet's topic in Toys
I think of the two the 19P is probably the more rare one, since the 17D was released with and without Fast packs there might be more of them out in the world. Actually those photosets I damaged my P. It took a plunge off my shelf and one of the stabilizers is all dinged and warped now. I haven't attempted to transform it so it could be broken for all I know. -

I hope it doesn't make the decision more difficult. Honestly, I'd get them both if there was a way for you to. I enjoy both of mine. The 19 is "better" engineered, yet I find posing the 17 in Gerwalk/Battroid more satisfying (despite no Battroid photos for the 17.) -
FYI, the skull on my Hikky 1S is crooked. I had a VERY hard time being able to tell, to be honest, not that it's an excuse when we pay $150 for these things. It's obviously a factory issue. It's persistent and it only happens on the left side. That means there's some automated machine doing the tampo on each of the stabilizers and the left one is not calibrated correct. It's still Arcadia's fault though, it's their name on the box.

He means his Alto 29, not 25.

I do wonder if they will adjust the colors on the Fast Packs to match the brighter white color of the Valks? Though the old colored DYRLFast Packs looks great on the new Hikaru 1S right now (pictures forthcoming in the other thread once there's some decent light to take them.)

I honestly don't like/care for dioramas for these toys but this is about the most interesting/cool I've ever seen.

Hey close313, I have quite a few pics of both the 17D (Fighter/Gerwalk with Fast packs only) and 19P pics on my Flickr account. They're somewhere on this website too but... I don't feel like looking for them. Oh, I forgot I made a second set of pics for the 19P with the fins taken off for comparisons sake, for some odd reason it isn't in a set like the other two. http://www.flickr.com/photos/84672656@N05/tags/vf19p2/ -
Yeah, even with that short a time I still won't get it until sometime late next week if I'm lucky.
