  1. I honestly don't believe this one will be as popular.
  2. You know what would make this super dark, and will never happen, but if more force sensitive people are still born every day it would make sense for Imperial agents to test babies and eliminate those born with powers that could rival the Emperor.
  3. The Anti-Christ hanging from the tree still kills me today.
  4. If you already own a Yamato VF-1 pulling the Double Nuts out of the package would be a HUGE let down as it feels infinitely inferior even to that. The Arcadia 19 is 100x better then that old Yamato YF-19.
  5. I wouldn't say I "hate" Bandai but pre-ordering their general release stuff is murder. I'm not fond of their choice of shiny plastic. And the hips/shoulders on their Macross toys all become loose and floppy.
  6. I already preordered.
  7. Yup, it's a Super Super Valk.
  8. Yeah, I pointed that out a few pages ago. I've been concerned about that for awhile. Unless Bandai have come up with some strange way to "lock" the hip at the joint as a compromise. The ball joint is surrounded by metal on this one instead, so it looks a bit different from the 25/27/29/171 models.
  9. That's what I wanted. Now I'm wondering if they'll pop out a Percival B model as well? Might as well, it's the only 29 variant left.
  10. I love all three modes.
  11. I agree. Let the damn Jedi's die. There doesn't need to be one EVERYWHERE, hiding. People were perfectly happy with characters like Han Solo and Boba Fett, two people with ZERO force powers.
  12. The paint scheme on the Double Nuts is better...
  13. This is some pretty good real world information. That said, it's a model and unless it's the Millennium Falcon I likes my symmetry.
  14. Holy eff, shipped Sunday and arrived in NM this morning! Thanks Fed Ex!
  15. What? They absolutely have not done the 29B as a toy.
  16. Considering there's also a hand animation of the 30 as well, that's a lot of effort for one little-known plane.
  17. Interesting, the wings on yours look different from mine and more correct. Both of them have a mild curve up and out. My left one kinda curves down at the end and my right one is completely flat. You can do the missiles up how you like. There are several different load-outs shown in the VF-19 Master File book that all look good. To me I think having a high maneuver missle (HMM-11C's) on the outside and middle hard points and nothing else looks really good. But you can use the innermost with a single Reaction Warhead, or LPP-12 (goofy looking green things), or doubled-up SPP-8's (those flat green boxes with the multiple red ports) and that looks good too. Just because you have the hard points doesn't mean you have to use them all. Having HMM-11C's on the outermost hard points and a single Reaction Warhead on each of the middle hard points looks good too.
  18. I can't make out what they're saying.
  19. The ass-whooping he handed out says otherwise.
  20. The only thing I would change about that review is to include that, if you've never owned a Yammie YF-19 or the VF-19 then this thing is as good as it gets right now. If you do happen to have a Yammie 19 and that's it it's still as good as it gets. If you have VF-19 your experience may not be as positive depending on the factors described.
  21. Actually, I posted a review here several weeks ago.
  22. Can't argue with that.
  23. You might not be getting any younger but you sure as hell don't need to act any more mature.
  24. I guess we're SOL, they've already released everything Macross that sells.
  25. The knee and ankle joints are pretty loose on all three of my VF-11's. I'm sure a lot of people would want larger stabilizers though I'm personally okay with the size they are now.
