    I looked at some video reviews for the Mafex Vader and just couldn't get behind the sculpt enough to justify buying it. But I'm also not concerned with the helmet removal either. I agree the sculpt is way better than the awful Hasbro version, and as a plus it fits in scale-wise perfectly with the Hasbro Stormtroopers if you were so inclined.

    I assume enough of the screw was sticking out that you could get a grip? I already tried shaving a trough into mine and fraked it up further. Not really sure what to try next. It's nice to know what the screw size might be but right now it's looking like I'm never getting this screw out.

    I'm just pissed NOA decided every single one of us wants an XL version. I don't give a crap about replaceable faceplates but I am on the very low end of average height for males and my hands are not that large. The XL is simply too uncomfortable for me to hold. They just changed my day one purchase to I will not buy one now ever.

    I'd argue, no. Other than the doe-eyes the Hasbro figure looks more like Hamil IMO. The rest of the Hasbro figure seems proportioned better too. I like the Figuarts Vader. No contest how much better it is than the awful Hasbro sculpt. I feel like neither this nor the Hasbro sculpt are very good, but Hasbro's body looks a bit better.

    Yeah, and in a spectacular bout of classic NOA stupid they're only releasing the XL model in North America even though most reviews everywhere else say the smaller version was the superior one. Plus they changed the attractive Blue from the rest of the planet to a horrible Red.

    I've been thinking about this. If the next thing they release is the 0S they're absolutely not going to mention it until after the 0D is sold/paid for. They're going to wait and see how many bite on the 0D before cannibalizing their own sales if it's another of the Valks from Zero.

    I watched every one when they first aired. And I was in college at the time. You'd think 19 year old me would have marked each and every see thru anything at that time.

    Well I had no idea. And given nobody else is restocking the only thing I can hope is that EVERYBODY hates Play-Asia enough they can get a few in and actually deliver.

    Give them a break, they're a tiny shop and they need to stay afloat. Remember, Mr K originally said if sales could be completely ignored he'd be all over the rare Valks like the VF-9. The desire is there, but they have to stay afloat. I'm honestly not sure how much desire there is for M&M's by anyone but the people on this board. Maybe, because there isn't a flood of VF-1's anymore they would be more likely to sell out.

    He's obviously an ass-man. Hard to tell what is going on in the trailer there. It could just be clever splicing but it seems like Tony might actually be fighting the Hulk of his own volition.
