Avengers: Age of Ultron, in theaters May 1, 2015

I disagree, given the method and nature of the interaction between Natasha and Banner I think the romance makes perfect sense. Everything else is either exactly as it has been in every Marvel movie or exactly what happens in EVERY Avengers thing ever.- 398 replies

You're right, look at those big ugly blocks holding up the smaller intakes/stabilizers. And they don't even fit down against the fighter body.

Boxes don't matter to me. As soon as Mk 43, Vader and the Samurai Storm Trooper (made the mistake of pre-ordering all at once) show up all those boxes are getting tossed in the recycle.

Clever enough for a bounty hunter and cool costume but as a child I never really considered him anything special. It was only as a teenager did I suddenly become berated when my favorite character was Han Solo when it was "supposed to be" Boba Fett, for some dumb reason.

That was the dumbed-down comical response after Cap made a "huh?" face when she explained what their powers actually were.- 398 replies

We don't need Boba Fett anything. He wasn't interesting in any way.

It's not bad luck or curses, it's literally dialing a 0.0000000000001% chance up to 99.999999999999999999% And as I said, it was explained by Maria Hill exactly what her powers are. Essentially a form of cognitive disruption and telekinesis.- 398 replies

It sounds like the tightness isn't the same for all of us. I had no troubles pulling the feet out on my 0D. Definitely the first time I tried to remove the legs from the backpack section going from Fighter to Gerwalk was a harrowing experience but after that I haven't had any tightness issues. I still love my 0D and I'm in for the A and S as well.

He's movie Hulk. At the end of the first movie Banner willingly turned into Hulk and Hulk took instructions from Cap, if basic. And they established that they had been trying things to calm Hulk down, so there's precedence that they figured out a way to get him to be more docile and controlled. Nah, Africa just showed him he's dangerous if unchecked and he freely admitted the entire movie that he was constantly in fear of keeping in check. They visibly demonstrated Visions powers. Flight, he can shoot blasts from the gem in his forehead and between sticking his hand through many ULtronbot chests (which he does to EVERYONE in the comics) and the fact he manipulated his own clothes in front of everyone it's pretty clear he can control his molecular structure just like in the comics. Besides, for the purposes of the movie it isn't really that important. Maria Hill explicitly told Cap during their briefing exactly what Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch are capable of. Scarlett Witch is more like Jean Grey as the Phoenix in these movies. Yes, they affect "Probability." It's a stupid idea, it means anything you can think of she can make happen by turning up the likelihood it will happen.- 398 replies

I have been curious how all of you fighter mode guys would feel about this. I like all three moded for different reasons (and especially odd that I like Gerwalk at all, apparently) but I thought the fighter really looked off and wanted to know what the big fighter fans thought.

Wow, sold out huh? Didn't expect that. Oh well.

Me too, I had my one Hikaru 1A and didn't want any other VF-1's. That was good enough. And then the subsequent Max releases blew that out of the water. Sure I want his 1S, at least it's a different head. Oh, but I like his original 1A scheme from SDFM. Another 1A isn't a problem. And then two months later. Oh, Max's 1J... but I need to match it with Milias 1J, at least they're different head sculpts. And boy does that Elint Seeker cool.... and it's different And by that point it really didn't matter. Different paint schemes were good enough.

I'd have been happy with a 2JA as well... Though I'm the weird-ass who likes the Gerwalk mode.

My major gripe is that the special effects in this film were terrible. Pretty much every CG thing stood out as being CG and clashed with the live action footage. That intro scene was hard to watch, it was so obvious how much of it was fake.- 398 replies

I think they did pick her for t & a. She isn't a very good actress and really doesn't look the part.

Just got back from seeing the movie. EASILY better than the first one. Better paced. Better moments for everyone to shine. Actual team dynamics and back story for a lot of them.- 398 replies

No, many people here have commented on how poor the original Yamato's were. They also didn't cost $300 a pop. At that much, they pretty much need to get it right the first time and these molds aren't looking nearly perfect.
