    I guess we see the two feet pressed together at the back of the Draken there. I imagine the legs fold up underneath in a fashion similar to the VF-17/171.

    I guess that guy who came up with the forward swept wing drawing was pretty much on the mark. Too bad, really, I've have preferred a different wing configuration.

    While we're sharing stories about children named after Star Wars characters I work with a woman who's daughters name is Leia. Luckily she likes all of the movies... okay, to be honest, I'm not sure Mindi cares if her daughter likes any of it or not. Leia's been forced to stomach it all.

    I never had much of a problem with Quantum, but it's interesting that Spectre seems to be in the same situation Quantum was. The movie that ties up the loose ends, or follows up on, the previous, excellent, film. Probably the thing that saved it was the fact Sam Mendes was the constant between the last two.

    Noriyoshi Ohrai passed today. I mean, he did do the illustration of the SDF-1 in the MacrossWorld banner up there.     Given that making the shoulder mechanism for the 2SS work is super tricky, I think both the VF-4 and VF-19Advance are proof Arcadia or Bandai could make it work. Just look at the basic things they aren't getting right on thos toy. Giant, ugly hinges sticking out everywhere. Something Yamato figured out how to fix on the VF-4 and further implemented on the VF-0 releases. They were mever going to get the complex parts of the 2SS correct if they were foing to so easily mess up the easy parts.

    I have no idea what the color issue with the S is. It looks spot on to me. It seems the least offensive of the color choices.

    I can understand wanting the UN Spacy tampo'd. I'd like that too. It's not super easy to cut out the rounded characters from the decal sheet, however some people might want UN Marines or UN Navy instead, so I understand they're still going with the "base color" option and letting customizers put what they want. I have looked into my own tampo for my own customizing so I know it's expensive but in this case they could have spread the cost out over four products. The UN Spacy logo is the same size across all of the zero valks and could have been applied to the D, Shin A, S and CF A. AndI'm just noticing after saying all of this that they only included the Navy and Marine decals with the 0D. I guess I'll borrow those for one of my S'es or maybe the CF.
