VF-19Advance... sort of. It wasn't their V1, or V2, but they had several other 19's in 1/60 made for them they could check out and improve upon first. The 30, absolutely not. You have to use bracers in two of the three modes because they couldn't figure out how to integrate that stuff into the design. They cut a lot of corners and got a lot wrong, which it looks like Kawamori actually adjusted in the 31 design to make work better for the animation and the toy.

You know, on this account Bandai may be using their Megahouse line to test the waters for the demand for an SDFM version then? This is happening to me too. It's too bad that the railguns on the shoulders only look like they rotate instead of having up/down hinging as well.

How often do I make comments in regards to the Anime? You're also ignoring the fact I like Kawamori's designs and all of the mythology, which is constantly being added to and updated, with each new installment. -
Stuckman totally gets the scene with the Martini in Casino Royale wrong. One, Bond wasn't terribly classy then and two, he was absolutely pissed off at that point and really didn't care.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm not really a fan of anime of any kind. I like to see what kind of designs Kawamori comes up with and their execution in animation and I love the background story/mythology of Macross but I've never really like any of the actual executions. I do hope it turns out good for all of us, but as long as I have cool toys I'm good. -
I'm excited for this for entirely different reasons than the 31, but I'd say it's on par between the two.

It's an interesting product to follow but I personally don't like some of the additional surface details. I feel like they're too noisy.

The SDFM version of the SDF-1 has always had a separated bridge in Cruiser mode.

I can't comment on the character designs but the effects scenes aren't finished yet. Not even the stuff shown in this trailer apparently. He was talking about the art direction and animation. -

Bummer about your feet. Other than that this has been my opinion about the Hi-Metals as well. I'm hoping, because Battroid is so much fun to pose, that the destroids and non-transforming enemy mecha will be good to go too. The 19's weren't so much fun in any mode so I'm still worried that they might not even be fun little VF-4 or 2SS figurines to pose.

I find they're only putting it on their streaming service as odd. They don't want to utilize their own broadcast anymore? Or they have so little faith in it that they won't even bother with it. The only plus side about that is since it doesn't need to please everyone maybe they can be more "Star Trek-ey" with the show.
