I just can't see this being as funny. Zoolander was beyond stupid, but there was a charm that managed to rise above. You can't recreate that.

There's two worries, QC policy differences between Yamato and Arcadia and their choice of plastic quality (which really just factors into QC.) Otherwise nothing has changed except the missiles should hold better (according to Mr K.) It's the forearm that needs to rotate, not the bicep.

The VF-4 and 0 aren't in the same boat. The VF-0 is an entirely new mold, the VF-4 is just a reissue.

So so stupid. Describing it as a masterpiece pretty much means you SHOULDN'T remake it because you're not going to touch a masterpiece. There are plenty of movies that had great promise but were executed poorly and could use a remake just to fix what was originally wrong. But remaking Memento is stupid, it didn't have those problems.

Tochiro did say they knew about the problem. Perhaps that response is actually an admission they did know and they've corrected something. A lack of delay isn't necessarily an indication they didn't fix something. Or course, he could also be blatantly lying on Twitter too.

Nice, and on PC too so I'll actually play the thing. The trailer music started out pretty cool sounding, in a very Inner City Life/Goldie-esque early 90's vibe. Too bad when it dropped it sounded decidedly bad after that. -

Tweet as many photos as possible at Mr K and Arcadia. I don't care what Tochiro says about them knowing. They need to know that we know and we aren't letting them get away with it. maybe it will embolden any Japanese owners to start posting photos or their legless 0's as well. On the other hand, there was nobody at Bandai we could tweet all of our exploding 171's to, but then only one of their releases had that particular issue as well.

I really need to get that book, there's some cool stuff in there. It actually looks like he was starting from a 22 or a 19 before finally settling on the 11 configuration. I kinda like that Phantom-like scoop on the bottom of a few of those. I wish Kawamori would give a design like that a go again.
