    Yeah, I was going to say this isn't a Hollywood invention. This was originally a book. I did not realize Matt Smith as in it either.

    I watched it. Kind of a one foot in the 90's, one foot in the 2010's vibe. They certainly aren't ducking the visuals like they used to in the old show. And they managed to side-step the old conspiracy but not invalidate it well enough. Certainly they're playing on modern fears with shadow puppetry and public manipulation by humans though the US being the ultimate tipping point seems a little forced.

    Hard to tell, I hadn't paid for another pre-order there and they cancelled my Regult as well. Another member had their Regult cancelled on them but they never responded to any questions concerning other issues like I had. All I know is right now I'm not getting a Regult, one of the few things I was really interested in from this line.

    The thing that's really impressive is that I already own two CF 25's and somehow Saburo has sold me on buying more of them.

    Actually, if they have business accounts with the shipping companies it's pretty damn cheap for them. I used to ship $50k+, fifty pound pieces of equipment for an old company of mine and with a Fed Ex account it would cost $17, maybe.

    I don't get all of the fears about transforming the Yamato one. We only ever heard about maybe one catastrophic failure and it was chocked up to poor diecast. Otherwise they've all been good. I have two that have gone through the wringer and come out fine.

    With all of the background info. on these productions it's s shame we can't get more write ups about all of the various Series' and OVAs.

    I think his problem is less about the singing, which took place at a concert in +, versus a group of ladies singing and dancing in the middle of a firefight looking dolled up and flying around the battlefield waving magic-looking shields everywhere.

    I'm waiting for Episode II Obi Wan. In other news I decided to get some of the electrical effects parts because reviews online looked good, they were on sale (and I want my Hasbro Storm figure to shoot lightning.) They don't look nearly as good in person as they do in the online videos. I don't think I'll touch the effects parts ever again. Though the blue lightning might work okay as Force Lightning if they ever make a Palpatine or Count Dooku figure.

    The thing that strikes me is all of these guys are so damn young too. 69 is nothing these days.

    Regardless, the person leaves the cockpit in some sort of full body technological suit so it can easily ne explained away as some form of technology and not magic.

    Using the voicebox outside of the armored suit makes no sense but I guess it's better than the Bale-growl.

    Other than Mikumo, I think we all missed a pretty clear signal the other girls are in EX Suits with holograms projected from them (or they're some sort of EX-Puppet.) In the scene when the 31's first fly in and 01 starts dropping the hover boomerang things, 04 flys towards the screen just off to the left. The cockpit is open and as it passes out of frame a clearly EX suited body leaps onto screen and then glows and turns into the girl in green. It's all some sort of elaborate projection onto technology and no doubt we'll learn more about it and be okay with the "magic" in later episodes.
